I fell in love with Steph before I even met her. Her presence on Instagram is what you can expect her to be in real life - bubbly, friendly, fun, professional, loving, talented, and just a big bundle of joy to be around!
A good photographer is arguably the most important vendor in a wedding; from beginning to end, Steph has been amazing. She is an excellent communicator (which played a big role in easing any anxiety I had leading up to the wedding). She directed me and my husband as well as the rest of our wedding party and guests so wonderfully, you would never know we were posed. 10/10 for getting candid and "natural" photos of us. She made sure to get all my requested inspo photos, and executed them beyond expectations. Steph also shot our tea ceremony! She was so experienced, it actually eased my stress and anxiety from MY lack of knowledge, haha. She is extremely reasonably priced compared to other photographers in the city. Given her quality of work, level of professionalism, and the positive vibes she brings to our wedding day, I would say she's worth even more than what she currently charges.
On top of all this, she is again, just such a joy to be around. My wedding party and guests kept telling me how much they loved her. I believe it is hard to find vendors out there who truly care about their couples and love their job. Steph is a gem. It was truly an honor to have her shoot our wedding.
PS: We haven't received all of our photos back yet, but from the 90+ photos she sent for a sneak peak (yes, 90+, I told you she's amazing), we have no doubts we'll be blown away again. -

Just a fantastic person to work with. Stephanie makes you feel so comfortable and makes you laugh. She knows exactly what instructions to give you to get great photos. She was great to have on my wedding day! -

Steph is the most kind, sweet person you ever meet. She makes pictures so easy. She is great with kids, always shows so much patience and has a fantastic eye. She's a true artist. We've been getting her for at least 6 years now and the whole family adores her. Thanks for your fantastic work. -

We hired Steph to be our wedding photographer and we are so glad that we did! She was amazing to work with from beginning to end. Steph took the time to get to know us before we even hired her, and we connected with her right away. She is so easy to work with and talk to, and she made us laugh through our engagement shoot and our wedding day. Steph had no issue taking our engagement photos out in the mountains, and took us to some really beautiful spots. It was pouring rain and super cold, but she never complained and we had so much fun! The week of our wedding, Steph reached out and helped us organize exactly how we wanted our day to run in terms of photos. She walked us through the process of having our first look, and was so great through our ceremony. For the photos after the ceremony, she was organized and prepared, and had ideas for some original, fun shots. Steph was familiar with our venue, and knew the perfect spots for pictures. As our reception started, Steph mingled with our guests and snapped awesome pictures until she was done for the evening. We received quite a high number of sneak-peaks within a week of our wedding, and we are floored by the quality of her work. We can’t wait to see the rest of our pictures, and work with Steph for all our future photo milestones. We cannot recommend her enough! Thanks Steph for making us feel at ease, and capturing our engagement photos and wedding day perfectly 😊 -

You will have amazing photos and an even better time!
We met Stephanie and were instantly drawn to her positive energy. We are not a couple who are great with taking photos or being the centre of attention. Stephanie made us feel so comfortable and let us have a lot of fun and creativity. She required an engagement session - we didnt want one - and man was she right. It gave us time to get comfortable with her and her to get comfortable with us. By the time the wedding came around, it was as if we were friends. She got everyone pumped for photos, she took a variety of photos and she is just a pleasant human being!! The best compliment someone gave me is that the photos were so good and yet during the ceremony and reception, they didn't even notice the photographer. She was so unintrusive and yet got every shot! We are super happy with our photos - we even got one painted! She was professional and bubbly and wonderfully energetic and positive. We left feeling on top of the world, like we were on a red carpet. She also captured amazingly intimate moments. I cannot say enough good things about her and her work. Stephanie was also super affordable and worth every penny!!RockWood Photography's reply:
