The best day of my life.
I recently had the best day of my life, my wedding day! And a huge part of that was thanks to Michael. We had so much fun working along side him to make the best memories last forever.
We went outside to take some quick photos and the three of us ended up running around the middle of downtown for over an hour having too much fun.
I cannot believe the amount of creativity this man creates with a single camera.
The variety of photos we got back the next day shocked us as there was over 70!
I would recommend Michael time and time again. -

We could write for days on our amazing experience with Michael. My wife and I first booked our engagement photos with Michael to feel out the process, as neither of us are big "picture" people. The weather was cold, and wet, but it was the only time we were free and able to catch him in the middle of his busy schedule. Even through the bad weather, he was fantastic. We gave Michael free-reign to do whatever he thought would work and to try whatever his creativity could conjure and the results were amazing. Not only were the pictures exactly what we were looking for, he was incredibly personable, friendly and accommodating. Within minutes of taking the first few shots, we decided we needed to have him for our wedding.
Michael was everything we could have asked for and more. He made some of the more dull moments of taking photos enjoyable for everyone from my wife and I to our wedding parties and families. There was an endless cycle of guests and friends telling us how amazing he was from the start of the day to the end. He drove around St. Mary's with us for off-site photos, he took pictures of our venue and all the details put into decor, he captured every moment of our ceremony, and he put together a slideshow in real-time for our guests to see our wedding photos. Just to emphasize: photos taken that day, some taken only minutes prior to sharing, were then presented later in our reception. Everyone was in awe and several people asked for his contact information throughout the evening.
Michael is a true professional; you can feel the passion he has for his craft through his creativity and enthusiasm. The best part is that we get to keep all the wonderful memories he captured in ways we never could have imagined.

Michael truly impressed us. His candid shots? Each a masterpiece capturing our day's best moments. His editing? Flawless. But what really amazed us was his attention to detail – he made an effort to remember everyone's name in the party! A true photography expert, offering exceptional value. His skill in directing us (trust me, I'm camera-awkward) was on point. Oh, and not to forget his quick turnaround – we had a sample with a slide deck in no time. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a more skilled photographer! -

Not cheap, but nothing good is. Michael took some amazing shots.. worked very very hard and was genuinely creative shooting our wedding. He's a master at working with unusual lighting, and we have quite a few "suitable for framing" shots as a result. We also had three children aged 5 - 9 in our wedding party ,and he did a great job working with them. Highly recommend! -

Book him now before someone else does!
We are so happy we chose Michael for our wedding photographer. He and the second photographer, Heather were a great addition to our team for the day. Not only were they professionally and knowledgeable of their craft, they both came with a great energy to add to the day. I think the highlight of my mom's day was being Michael's assistant in the morning!
I am not someone who typically likes to look at pictures of myself, but I have gone through our slide show probably 100 times in the last 24 hours. I am so happy with our investment in Michael Steingard Photography. I can't wait to see the rest of the edited photos in a couple weeks!

Wedding Photography Review
Micheal was amazing. He was able to capture every special moment of the day and made it look beautiful. He is so personable and is able make everyone comfortable in front of the camera. Micheal‘s attention to detail throughout the entire night was amazing. When someone from the wedding party was taking photos on their phone, he would appear and offer to take them with his camera. Even though he was able to capture every moment, his presence was so subtle, we were able to enjoy the moments with just our family.
It is obvious that Micheal is passionate and truly enjoys photography. His enthusiasm is contagious. In addition to doing an amazing job capturing our special day, he was able to rearrange his schedule as we had to move our wedding five month early due to a family emergency. We wouldn’t have been able to make it through the day without him. Thank you Micheal! -

Fantastic experience working with Michael. 11/10!
We had the absolute pleasure of having Michael photograph both our engagement and wedding pictures, and we could not be more pleased with our experience. Not only does Michael take stunning and creative photographs, but he has a kind and calming presence that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He is professional, respectful, and is always open to trying anything. As two people who are not used to taking professional pictures, he made the process so smooth and enjoyable. Not only were we incredibly pleased, but our family and friends made multiple comments to me throughout our wedding day regarding his positive attitude and how wonderful it was to have him around.
In addition to this, one of the biggest highlights from our wedding day was the live slideshow he set up at the reception, so that guests could get a sneak peek of pictures taken earlier that day. It was such a great way for guests to see some of the moments prior to the wedding, and we got so many compliments on his beautiful photos. His hard work and dedication shine through his photographs, and we are so grateful to have these memories for a lifetime.

My husband and I loved Michael!! From start to finish, he was so involved and invested in making the memories of our day excellent.
His service began with a consultation-type call to get all of the information he needed and to discuss strategy for the day. He helped us determine how much time we'd need in our schedule to accomplish our vision and plan for a photography setting and a backup, just in case.
The day of was so much fun! He captured special moments, candid moments, and was great at guiding us in poses and actions so that we ended up with interesting, artistic, and romantic pictures! He scoped out a location to take pictures that we hadn't planned for and they ended up being our favourite shots.
The slideshow was a hit--everyone loved it and it was a special moment during the evening, to watch the romance of the day unfold.
Definitely do moving pictures if it's in your budget! The pictures were beautiful but watching the day's highlights in motion were extra special-- elevated, emotional, and fun!
Overall, Michael was essential to making our day special and memorable. His work was sent in a timely manner, he always responded to emails, his editing and artistic eye is refined, and he's just a great guy all around!
