Working with Kyla was a dream. I originally discovered her work on Facebook when my husband and I had first started to discuss what we wanted for our wedding. We were from another province and had a dream of an intimate winter mountain-top wedding. We immediately fell in love with Kyla’s photography style. I sent her an email detailing our rough idea of what we wanted for our wedding and she customized a package to suit our day. Kyla was very helpful with not only our photography needs; she also recommended other services around the Invermere area. Kyla took our rough ideas (i.e., I told her I was going to wear mukluks and was willing to go wherever she thought we should to get great mountain photos) and she created wedding photos and an experience we couldn’t have dreamed up ourselves. As I mentioned earlier, we had an intimate wedding. There were 13 of us including myself and my husband. Kyla took amazing photos while laughing alongside our crazy families. Our ceremony felt so intimate and we didn’t notice her presence during the ceremony at all. Kyla’s warm easy-going personality made getting our photos taken not only easy, but enjoyable!
