Absolutely Kathy is an amazing photographer! When my husband and I were looking for our wedding photographer, we browsed through countless websites and nothing really grabbed our attention. We stumbled onto Kathy's website and immediately both of us said right away we want her to be our photographer! Her photos are simply gorgeous and draw out the natural beauty of people and the environment. Especially for someone like me who is unnatural and definitely un-photogenic in photos. I was pleasantly surprised that I looked natural and she captured me in such a way that I caught my self saying to myself: "Wow, I'm pretty!"
As you can see, we love our wedding and engagement photos! She was able to capture such sweet moments that with one look at the photo brings back the memories and feelings of the day. There are also some surprise photos where we didn't know she took photos of us or our guests and some of those were the most rewarding. There is a photo of my father in his wheelchair next to my husband that makes my eyes water since she captured him with a twinkle in his eye. It's difficult to get a nice photo of him showing any sort of expression since his face is paralyzed after his stoke, so I am very grateful for this shot.
As for comments on the business end of things, Kathy is excellent to work with! She's very friendly and easy to talk with and explains and answers your questions thoroughly. She responds very fast to emails, and she uploaded our wedding and engagement photo galleries up much faster then we expected. The photo galleries are excellent, organized, and easy to use. She combined our wedding and engagement galleries together which makes things a lot easier! As for our photo sessions it wasn't awkward at all! She helped guide us into poses that felt natural to us and took her time.
We will definitely be recommending Kathy to our friends, and we plan to ask her to join us again as our wedding photographer for our second wedding!
