  Erica Chan photographer

  Erica is an amazing person and photographer. She is so much fun and put everyone at ease taking the photos - she had the bridal party dancing and our family laughing. I am beyond happy with our wedding photos. She captured beautiful moments at our first look and ceremony. She gets all the details and the fun action shots at the reception. So many great photos to choose from and such a wonderful person

  Erica was very organized and was easy to work with. She did a site visit prior to our wedding and even scouted out other locations near the venue to get gorgeous photos. She stayed on schedule and went above and beyond. She exceeded our expectations.

  I am incredibly particular in what I am looking for and in fact, browsed numerous photographers until I came across Erica. I invite you to browse her portfolio and I am confident that you will find her quality and talent to capture you in artistic form impressive. I was looking for someone who was capable of capturing all the intricate details and natural bliss of our wedding day; someone who could use the artistry and beauty of our surroundings to paint perfect moments. We were very blessed and fortunate to find her; Erica exceeded our expectations.

  Erica is an amazing photographer. She is so easy to talk to and communicate with. She put are needs and desires first. She was extremely thorough and efficient on the wedding day. She got all of the important shots and so many more we wouldn't have even thought to get. We loved having her be part of our wedding day and if we ever needed a photographer in the future she would be only one we would go with.

  Erica was our only choice as she has shot a number of friends weddings with amazing success. We will recommend her to anyone else looking for a very talented and professional photographer, and a very genuine person.

  Erica is simply the best. She is professional, easy to work with and her photography speaks for itself. We were so happy the results from our wedding in Maui and highly recommend her to anyone. Our wedding day was, as it should be, the most important day in our lives and Erica's capturing of these moments on film has ensured we can re-live our memories whenever and for as long as we want.

  We are huge fans of Erica Chan Photography! I researched photographers on the island but didn’t get excited about any until I found Erica’s info and fell in love with her work. I showed my now husband who agreed that her style was exactly what we wanted but added, "I think we may have our hearts set on a Bentley when we can only afford a Corolla"! I didn't think we could afford her services but Erica was extremely accommodating. We exchanged dozens of emails and she was always so kind. She provided helpful advice about things like whether my getting ready picts should be at the hotel we were staying at or the home where the ceremony took place. Erica even made a special trip to that house in advance of the wedding to check out the space! Her service is first-rate. Erica was very sick just days before the big day and was worried she might not be 100% so she brought along a second photographer, at no cost to us, resulting in over 700+ photos! Erica was a fun, friendly, comfortable presence at our wedding. She took beautiful, artistic shots of the wedding details (rings, dress, cake, etc) and of everyone there, even the most camera-shy children! The photos are fantastic. I literally burst into tears twice while viewing them on the online proofing site - they were that beautiful. The hardest part was narrowing them down for an album. I will say that the albums are pretty pricey compared to Snapfish and similar sites. But we really wanted to show people photos when we returned from Maui and didn't want to do it on our iPhones! We splurged and had Erica design a beautiful album that was in our hands about 5 weeks after our wedding. Long story short - we adore Erica Chan Photography!

Erica is a personable, profession, funny and fun gal that truly will do what it takes for "the perfect shot", I didn't have to worry a minute, I was confedent she would make the magic happen. We had our beach ceremony and reception and we had the privliage of her services the next morning for a SUPER FUN trash the dress shoot where we drove all around the Island riding bikes, climbing rocks and surfing in our wedding attire, she provided all the prob and seemed as excited as if it were her own wedding adventure.
  Erica, thanks again for the forever lasting memories!
  And for everyone else, I hope you have the privlege of working with Erica Chan yourselves.

Once we decided to go with her, she was quick to respond to any emails, she was upbeat/friendly and very positive, she listened to what we wanted and in the end did a fantastic job photographing our wedding. All our friends and family comment on how awesome our pictures turned out. We did not go with the album package, but she had a 'sneak peak' up on her blog within days of the wedding, and our pictures were given to us within 2 weeks!
