Emily Christine Photography is owned by Emily Bahrij, who resides in the Toronto area. She specializes in contemporary and photojournalistic styles of photography and pays close attention to colour, light, and details. She is originally from Minnesota and has been photographing since 2010. She realized that through photography she could blend her two true loves: people and art. Her work has been featured on the Weddinggirl.ca blog and in The Wedding Planner magazine.

We really appreciate everything Emily did to make our wedding day so special! We did both our engagement and wedding photos with Emily and were so happy with how both of these photos turned out. Emily did a wonderful job making ourselves, and our friends and family members feel comfortable in front of the camera - and provided us with many great memories from our wedding day - with a nice combination of candids and formal portraits. Not only is she a great photographer but she has a wonderful personality and is just a joy to be around. We would highly recommend Emily for your special day!

Wonderful time with Emily
We really enjoyed having Emily as our photographer. She made us feel beautiful, excited, happy, and comfortable the entire day. She made us laugh a lot and our guests loved her attitude! Our photos turned out amazing and I'm so happy with them.

Beautiful Day
Emily and her assistant were fantastic on our wedding day. They stayed on schedule and worked well with my other vendors. At times I didn’t even realize they were there taking the pictures! Emily is so sweet and happy it’s easy to smile around her for the thousands of photos you will have to take that day! I can’t wait to see how beautiful they all turned out :)

If you are searching for a photographer- look no further... Emily is the best! We had her photograph our engagement and wedding photos and she was hands down the best money we spent. Emily is kind, genuine, bubbly and absolutely incredible at what she does. From the second you meet with her, you feel comfortable and as if you've known her for years. She exudes professionalism and is wonderful with communication. Emily delivered our photo albums quicker than expected and we love every single photo. Both her and her second shooter captured every precious moment and we will treasure the photos forever!

Emily was our first choice for a photographer and we couldn't have been happier with her services. We had a great time with her when she did our engagement shoot, she made us feel comfortable and at ease. At the wedding, she did well to follow the schedule we had and was very professional at every turn. Before meeting Emily, my fiancee and I were really nervous as we've never been professionally photographed before. Emily is so sweet and genuine, and makes you feel completely natural and at ease in front of the camera. We did our engagement shoot at the drive in theater and it was fun to see Emily so excited about shooting us! She has genuine interest in us, and our lives, and what we're all about - and this shows through her photos. She captured us perfectly and the photos came out exactly as I hoped they would. We can't wait to have her shoot our wedding day June 2017 as well :)

Emily is amazing! From the get go I could tell she was invested in making sure that we were completely satisfied with our pictures. She didn't disappoint. Every photo was stunning. So far we have just done our engagement shoot with Emily, but I honestly loved it! I was really nervous at the beginning of the shoot but Emily was able to direct every moment and both my fiance and I felt so comfortable! And the pictures also are amazing! We booked Emily on the advice of a friend and we could not have been happier! Emily's personality is bright, entertaining and bubbly and this is displayed in her photography. Her quirks and giggles made being in front of the camera a fun date night and we are in love with how she edited our engagement photos.
