Dzidzor creates a warm and welcoming environment from the moment you meet her. She emanates such a passion and love for her work that you feel well taken care of and can only expect excellence. I’m so glad I had the chance of meeting such a talented photographer but also a kind person!

We exchanged with Dzidzor about being the photographer for our postponed wedding, and my fiancé and I were both incredibly impressed at how professional she is, while being genuinely warm and kind.
We sadly didn't end up booking her services in the end because of our own wedding complications, but interacting with her was a real pleasure.
And of course her pictures are beautiful, and her rates very competitive !

Normally I don't write reviews, good or bad, I'm not that kind of person, but this time I feel it's my duty to make sure no other bride and groom has to go through what we did.

We are very disappointed, to say the least, with our overall experience with Dzidzor. A photographer is one of the most important vendors at a wedding, if not the most important.

1. A month before our wedding Dzidzor contacted me and said that she had to have an operation and could not attend your wedding. As I was understanding about her condition, I asked our deposit back as I felt more comfortable finding my own photographer as opposed to her assigning one to me and she refused to give me my money back. After arguing with her, the operation date was changed.

2. Based on the contract I was supposed to receive a sneak peek 7 days after the wedding. After several emails and phone calls, I only received the sneak peek 2 months later.

3. After the sneak peeks I was hopeful to receive our wedding pictures a few weeks later. However, I only received a disappointing wedding gallery 8 months after the wedding. The contract clearly states 6-8 weeks delivery of full gallery.


4. The wedding gallery was beautiful but extremely poor in the level of detail. A wedding gallery is supposed to showcase the chronology of the day. There were so many key moments missed, shots that I know were taken, I was devastated that they were not captured or sent. I paid for two photographers, and I got the work of one.

5. I contacted Dzidzor about my issue and she was so condescending and dismissive. It’s basically my problem, not hers. She blamed everyone else, my wedding planner, my videographer for her lack of photos. How can this be? Every event has its challenges nothing is perfect but it’s the photographer’s responsibility to get the shot. Most of my communications with her have been infuriating. She gives you a typical business answer and not a humane one. She told me that the other pictures from my wedding were not to her standard and that she gets to pick which ones are featured in the gallery. As a solution, I asked to provide all the raw photos so I can have those memories. She completely refused to cooperate. She turned me down and wouldn’t even entertain the conversation. At the end of the day what’s most important is to get those moments regardless.

6. Throughout our communications she kept on referring to the contract when she was the only one in breach of it. She had no compassion for me, my hands were tied throughout this entire process as she had my wedding photos and my entire payment.

We do not recommend.
