I have yet to experience a photographer that is as personable and easy to work with that is a talented as Burhan. I've used his services several times now and each experience has only gotten better. He takes amazing photos, and is fast with the returns. I won't be going anywhere else because I have no need to. Well done, Burhan!

It was amazing photo shoot in my life. We are very happy that we choose Burhan as a photographer. His job is not only to take a pictures, he is very creative and positive. He came to Istanbul for our photo shoot from Toronto and we are very glad that he accepted our invitation. Photos are just amazing!! I’ll kindly recommend Burhan if you are looking for your wedding photographer.

We had the privilege of having Burhan photograph our big day and it was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding. He is super responsive, easy to work with and so patient with a personality that made us feel so comfortable as he guided us throughout. He is very creative and although we got skeptical at times with how the poses would turn out, he never misses! Trust his creative eye and you won't be disappointed with the results. We highly recommend him!

Burhan was an absolute pleasure working with! He went above and beyond my expectations and was so great working with. He is an amazing guy both personally and professionally. When we told him my expectations for my photoshoots with my husband, he did research and had all the necessary poses in mind to execute on the day of maximizing time. My husband and I felt so comfortable and at ease working with him because he made us feel like it was just a regular day for us. He was able to give us teasers within a day which was amazing and let me tell you, the pictures were mind blowing. My entire family and us were shook because we looked SO GOOD! I 100% recommend Burhan to everyone and honestly I want to have all my future photoshoots with him. He took my proposal, wedding, e-shoot and reception photos and they all turned out amazing. He always took photos of the small things and looking at them now, i AM SO SO GLAD he did. Burhan has the eye for capturing those precious moments, and he is incredibly talented. If you have him as your photographer, you are so lucky!

TLDR: Burhan is a good photographer but he’s only excited about things that work for him/his portfolio. His service and communication are very poor. He isn’t flexible unless you are willing to pay extra. We wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

We hired Burhan for our wedding photography. We loved his work and even though he was over our budget (which he knew at the time), we still hired him for our wedding. I wouldn’t lie, his work was good, but in the service industry, the service part is very important, which was very well missing with Burhan. His communication was poor, he said yes to things, but didn’t deliver up to it.

During our wedding events, we received numerous complaints from our guests that the Photography wasn’t really into it. He had to be told what to do, which I dismissed at the time, but in retrospect it was clear that he was overly enthusiastic about the wedding photoshoot at Aga Khan Museum because it helped build his portfolio, we didn’t see the same enthusiasm during the rest of the wedding as it didn’t help his portfolio.

We also had issues where he had to make slight adjustments to our wedding schedule. Our understanding was that we have hired him for particular number of hours, so even if we move things around a little and still utilize the same number of hours it shouldn’t be an issue. However, we had to pay him extra to move an event 2 hours earlier, which didn’t make sense at the time, but understandable. At our last event Burhan and I agreed to the final amount I had to pay him, including the extras. The next day, I paid him the balance yet he threaten to hold our highlight photos unless we pay him for the extra 15 mins his photographer had to stay for one of our events. He didn’t realize that his photographer was already late to that event, so he didn’t really stay extra.

The biggest pain point was in our contract we were promised a pre-wedding/engagement photoshoot. However, due to weather conditions, we couldn’t do it before the wedding on the agreed date. I requested Burhan if we could do the pending photoshoot in Spring this year, to which he agreed. My wife was so excited about this photoshoot, but he called off the photoshoot one day before the planned date and ghosted us completely after that. This was the last straw. I have attached the screenshots of our chat.

Burhan was a breeze to work with! I don’t have enough words to describe our incredible experience. Burhan was referred to me by an acquaintance. I was a little particular about the kind of editing I wanted so I expressed that during our first meeting. He really listened and delivered.

Based on who I am as a person and what I wanted, he suggested locations for our engagement shoot and he really managed his time well during our wedding days. I wanted getting ready shots for my husband and myself and there wasn’t much time due to the distance between our locations. I don’t know how he managed but he made it happen.

I also knew there would be a lot of dancing at the wedding and he really captured all the action shots I told him I wanted. He didn’t miss ANY of my family members or the bazillion things that were happening on both the days. He did a fabulous job at capturing the emotions and the essence of this wedding which were the people and the joy that was on their faces.

I was shocked at how quickly he delivered our pics to us. We had some highlights that we were able to print for our wedding day! I’m still waiting on my videographers next day edit. Burhan, being our photographer, sent us more clips than my videographer did. He’s also so personable and has such a positive attitude. My husband loves him. I thought I was going to be so shy during our photoshoot but he made me feel like a natural. I highly recommend him! Every person who has seen the pictures has applauded his work.

I would highly advise against using Burhan for your wedding photography. We made that mistake and would encourage others to read this review before making your decision.

Firstly, his professionalism. I heard many complaints about his professionalism from our guests during our wedding, pre-wedding and reception. Majority of the feedback was the same, in that he was rude, and lazy to take pictures. Bride & groom had asked him to take pics in many situations. Photographers/Videographers should be proactive in catching candid shots, but many times we had to tell him to take a certain shot of us and family/guests.

Secondly, he's using his University's cloud service for his Business, for storing photography and videos of clients. I won't comment on the legality of it, but be careful as to how long that this can continue, as according to him its "lifetime" storage. Also, he uses his younger brother who has little to no experience as the "professional" videographer, we didn't find that out until it was our wedding day.

Thirdly, the output. Quality of the pictures were subpar - most pics lack the lighting / clarity you expect from a "professional". It took 6 months to get a wedding teaser from him, and it wasn't even in 4K like his contract stated. I tried reaching out to him to provide this feedback, and edits but he has gone "ghost" because of course he has already been fully paid + his travel expenses covered. He has no incentive to follow up with our feedback. Highlighting more of his lack of professionalism, and integrity.

Burham is very talented and photos that he actually cared to look good actually looks decent.

He showed up an hour late for our wedding day. He disappeared for almost another hour between the bridal dressing location to the venue (only 10mins away). He took no photos of the guests at the reception (eventhough one of our friends helping out kept nagging him to), food or table decorations which was the biggest no no. He basically did not give a s***, and was very unprofessional. He asked for a plated meal (eventhough there was no mention of this before) and was on his phone and eating the entire reception.

I would not hire the guy.

Burhan is such an awesome guy. The first time we met him, we immediately felt comfortable working with him. He made sure that he gets the best picture in all locations we visited. He has excellent locations for photoshoot, and we even did one on a rooftop around 70 floors high downtown which was a crazy/good experience. He took care of us and he made sure that we have the best pictures on our special day. Thank you Burhan! I couldn't recommend you enough!

Great photographer with amazing attitude, made us feel very comfortable, was absolutely fun and had tons of ideas 🌹 definitely will use his services for the Big Day!!
