Barefoot Duo were so wonderful to work with, they were my easiest vendors to communicate and coordinate with! We did engagement and wedding photos with them and loved how they worked together and made us feel totally at ease. Having 2 photographers makes such a difference too. They work off each other and capture your most magic moments from literally every angle. Duo truly is better than one! We would highly recommend Barefoot Duo to anyone looking to capture their special day!Barefoot Duo Photography's reply:

Catching the real moment
Working with Maylies was an incredibly positive experience. She has so much energy and positivity and it shows in her photos. She is super flexible and calming. I am someone who is not naturally relaxed in photos, however, because she's such a friendly and positive person, she makes you at ease. She's also great at taking in the moment photos, instead of staged ones. She catches real moments. I'd definitely recommend them. -

Andrea Sent on 01/09/2017Elle and Maylies with Barefoot Duo Photography were absolutely amazing. They captured so many special moments without us even realizing they were there! From decorated table settings to reactions of our guests during speeches we now have a string of beautifully captured moments from the day to look back on. They helped with many other things including organizing guests for group photos, timing of the wedding day as well as planning before the wedding. They were kind, organized, easy-going, fun and we felt as comfortable as possible posing for photos. I hadn't realized what a big role the photographers would play at a wedding but they take the photos that you will have forever! I would strongly recommend Barefoot Duo Photography and we were incredibly happy with our choice!

They did our engagement photo session and our wedding photos. We were so pleased with the quality of our engagement photos, we knew the wedding photos would be amazing. Kristina D. Sent on 26/02/2017Having Barefoot Duo Photography capture the big moments and small details of our wedding was the best investment we made for our day.
I say investment because, after all is done, your flowers will die, dresses will end up in storage and the food will have been eaten long ago. You will want to look back months later and it's the photos that bring you back to those unforgettable moments. That was the best part, and the most emotional!
After all the planning, the day went so unbelievably fast and we missed so many little, lovely things we had spent months perfecting. Thanks to Elle and Maylies, and their wonderfully detailed eyes, we everything frozen in time. To explain that privilege is very hard, until you've lived it, wished for it and then been happily granted it!
I cannot imagine having any other duo capturing our day. We didn't have "photographers" taking our picture, we had friends! Eight months later we continue to have guests saying how fun, professional and talented these two ladies are!
I have only the best to say about our experience with Barefoot Duo, and I promise you will not be disappointed when you decide to have them with you on your day!Barefoot Duo Photography's reply:

They always maintained an organized stress free work flow and delivered high quality results. Maylies and Elle were clear and timely in their communications, they made us feel confident in their level of organization and planning, and they calmed our wedding planning nerves with caring support. They customized a package to fit both our budget and our plan for the day. On the day of the wedding, they were there for every critical moment and yet we don't even remember seeing them working away during the ceremony - they blended in perfectly and managed to document it all from the best angles. We did first look photos as well as couple/portrait shots post-ceremony and a bunch of group family/friend photos - all of which Maylies & Elle helped to organize based on the list that they had helped us to write up in advance. We're not really 'posed' picture people, but they helped us to have fun and relax as much as possible. The two worked seamlessly together with energy and enthusiasm above and beyond our expectations; their energy was an unexpected blessing on our special day, and ultimately left a powerfully positive impression on us.
