Monique Graboski is the marriage commissioner, who along with her husband both are able to also sell Marriage Licenses. She has been performing wedding ceremonies since 1999, but far from being set in her ways, she is open and encouraging to all couples who want a personalized ceremony.

Services offered

Marriage licenses are by appointment (days, evenings, and weekends in the privacy of their home). Her services include:

2-hour meeting to get to know you and to plan the ceremony
Custom written ceremonies and revisions until you are totally satisfied
Travel outside the City of Winnipeg. A fee may apply depending on the distance.
Back yard garden, to accommodate small groups, at her home
Commemorative Copy for you to Keep
Pre-marriage for Destination Weddings along with a commemorative copy of the ceremony to take with you to your destination, where a family member or friend can preside.
Helping Hand service, if you wish to have a family member or friend be your officiant, in attending to do the signing only.

Monique did an excellent job from the initial first time my wife and I had met her. She was caring, thoughtful and a very good listener. She took time to get to know us and we enjoyed not only chatting with her but hope to continue having a positive and supportive friendship long into the future. Was an amazing experience

We were very happy with Monique. She met with us and got to know us as people. We got so many compliments on her. People were thrilled that it wasn't her talking at them. They learned more about us through her and everyone loved it. And when a problem arrose with our license she helped us out. We are so grateful for her.

Had paid a wedding commissioner from kijiji and 4 days before our event she was nowhere to be found..we posted our trouble in the wedding site and Monique jumped to our rescue on short notice without pay seeing how our money was tied up already! She is such an amazing professional woman ..She made our day and words cannot describe how thankful we are to have met such an amazing person like her and her husband! She was on time and i point with everything 😊 Godbless Monique . We highly recommend her

Monique is a very nice, down-to-earth and honest person. We wanted a short, non-religious ceremony and she gave us just that. We had trouble finding meeting times prior to the wedding to discuss the specifics of the ceremony but we were more than happy with Monique's professionalism and her flexibility the day of the wedding.

Me and my new bride enjoyed Monique's style and personality. We found her very relaxing and felt at ease. We are pleased to also announce that we were her first home backyard ceremony, she offered us the use of her backyard, with indoor plans if need be. Karen

Monique is fabulous!!!! I was given her name by someone that used her services in the past and could not say enough good things about their experience.........and it was all true! Our first meeting with Monique was scheduled to be about 1 hour, but we ended up sitting and talking to her for almost 4 hours. She was genuinely interested in getting to know us so that she could personalize our wedding vows like no one else could. She is funny, smart and has such a huge heart. She sent us the vows before hand so that we could look them over and make changes, but when the day came, and she read us our vows..........wow..........we knew our day would be the best ever, but Monique made it extra extra special and personal. To this day, when I read our vows, I burst into tears.....they were perfect!! I highly recommend Monique, I truly believe that there is no one else like her. Thank you Monique for being such an important part of our day.....we will never forget you :-)
