My name is Rev. Lola Piana, I’m an Ordained Wedding Minister. I perform ceremonies primarily in the greater Ottawa National Capital District and the surrounding areas. Please note that I am not licensed to perform weddings in Quebec.

I am a wife and a mother of six grown adults. I strive to make your big day a unique experience and a memorable occasion for everyone attending. My path has been inspired by my administration of how complete strangers can become inseparable by simply trusting the process of courtship. I personally understand this feeling and cherish it deeply – it is truly one of the most beautiful things in life.

Because of this, I have undergone the necessary process to gain the legal authority to perform ceremonies and handle paperwork for weddings, elopements, Pre-Marriage counselling and vow renewals.

personalities, and the ways you express your love. I offer complimentary consultations to couples interested in working with me. Because I enjoy getting to know new people and learning about their vision so I can craft a meaningful ceremony. You will have the opportunity to provide input in the design of the ceremony and how you would like your day to unfold. I will listen to you attentively, to your needs and your concerns to ensure we bring your vision to life. Think of me as a helper, present to support you in creating and executing a memorable wedding ceremony.

Be it a Traditional wedding ( depend on your desires), Civil union or a Christian ceremony it will be covered.

My wedding services include:

Preparation of personalized ceremonies which is preceded by a face-to-face or virtual meetings and ongoing communication throughout the process and a completed and mailed marriage license to the Office of the Registrar General.

I can also have a friend perform the ceremony and Lola can be there to handle the legal stuff.
