  Makeup for Event

  Marina did my makeup for an event that included lots of moving around and it stayed on all night! It felt very natural, and looked very elegant. It didn’t smudge, or get oily, and I didn’t have to do touch ups!

  Incredible artist

  Marina is incredibly talented artist. She has done makeup and hair which was absolutely stunning for my wedding. Her makeup was like a magic, she made all of us beautiful. I got lots of compliments!! Not only she has amazing skills, she also asked what we preferred, made sure we was happy.

  Edmonton Operations

  Marina may be great, however her Edmonton team is not. Would not recommend. Shayla lacked communication and professionalism. Went radio silence a week before the wedding after having provided feedback from the trial, leaving us to pivot only to have her resurface 2 days beforehand. We did not use her services and while she sent an apologetic email, nothing makes up for the stress caused. I went to Sephora purchased what I needed and did my own makeup.

After reviewing your file, I see that you were one of our first clients when we expanded to both locations and our communications systems were not fully developed yet. Since September we have improved our communications so this is not an issue anymore. There is no excuse for causing stress around what should only be a happy event in your life.   Great experience!

  Marina is very accommodating. When one of my bridesmaids had a medical emergency she waived my bridesmaids fee which she didn't have to do but it was greatly appreciated. She did an amazing job with our makeup and hair. I've never felt so beautiful. I highly recommend her!

  Detail oriented, Attention to client desires

  Marina wanted to make sure that the bride and everyone who was getting their make-up done was happy and felt comfortable in their make-up. She was organized and friendly and made everyone feel comfortable and important. She was specific in giving information yet approachable with questions.

  Marina was absolutely amazing from the start! During our trial, she was so receptive to my thoughts and ideas. I am not used to wearing very much makeup, and she was so helpful in creating a natural look. After the trial she went through each aspect to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I loved my makeup for the big day, it was the perfect balance of natural and glam.
  Members of our bridal party got ready via Zoom (due to COVID), and Marina was so helpful in offering product lists, trial sessions, and instruction on the day-of. She also developed a schedule for coordinating hair and makeup, and was so organized!

  Weddings during a pandemic are stressful in completely different way. Marina went out of her way to make sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, taken care of, and beautiful. She did this by supporting the bridal party with both in person make up and virtual tutorials for those of us got ready at home. She took her time, allowed room for questions, and shared her expertise and talent between all of us in person and virtually, in a way that made everyone feel included and beautiful. She also did this all while staying on schedule. Marina is very knowledgeable, friendly, very easy to talk to, worked well with the photographer and the anxious Australian shepherd roaming around the house.
  I have been a bridesmaid 5 times and this was the first time I did not have to fix or adjust my make up afterwards. This is also the first time I have felt strongly enough to leave a review.
  Marina is extremely talented and helped us all to look and feel absolutely stunning.
  Thank you Marina and I look forward to working with you again at my own wedding.

  A flawless experience

  I had the pleasure of having Marina Georgia Makeup doll me up. I couldn't not believe how my face was transformed. I told her I was hesitant of looking cakey but still wanted a full smoke eye. She made my skin look airbrushed! I got so many compliments that night on my make up. I have tried to replicate the application but honestly it was her skills.

  Gorgeous lasting makeup

  Marina is amazing! I’ve work with her multiple times, she has consistently listened to what I wanted and the results are always gorgeous and made me feel so beautiful! The makeup also lasted and looked amazing until the end of the night!
