Established in 2013 by Victoria Junkin and Alecia Wells, the duo has co-owned the business since 2015. The team behind Cats Eye aims to provide women with an experience that brings out their natural beauty. Experience

Victoria has had experience in hair styling and makeup for more than 9 years. She studied cosmetology in high school and has a diploma in hairstyling from Paul Asta's Hairstyling. She is a fully licensed Jounreyperson in Hairstyling. She has further educated herself in the field by working with MAC beauty professionals and is a certified freelance makeup artist with Julia Dantas Beauty(Kim Kardashian's Glam Masters Finalist)

Alecia loves Cosplay makeup & is a completely freelance self-taught makeup artist.

Services offered

Cats Eye is fully licensed and offers mobile hairstyling and makeup services. Consultations are also provided by Cats Eye. Trial sessions for the bride are offered. Options for airbrush are also available. Makeup services are a flat rate but have the option of airbrush & lashes being added. Hairstyling services include up-dos, down-dos and curls. Cats Eye also offers personalized packages for graduations, proms, boudoir shoots, and other special occasions.
