My wedding was in Oct this year, I am so grateful for Sal and her talent. She made me look like a princess both days for my wedding. Her make and hair was fabulous everyone kept complimenting me on who did my makeup and hair . I felt like she was my sister that I can talk to and be real with , she made me feel comfortable and walked me through the wedding reception as some family members were arriving. I will 100% recommend her ( which I did) to anyone .. she’s a keeper and I will be in tough with her for any events that I may need to go to in the future. Sucha warm personality! I met her and told her she is free to do what she feels like doing for eye, face and hair. She did a very pretty eye makeup and it stayed intact all evening even after running around with a toddler. Thankyou so much Salwa! I absolutely loved your work!

Salwa was amazing! She Was on time even came early and stayed later than expected to touch up after the ceremony her make up is very professional she does what you like and she used very high products!

Salwa did the makeup for my family for my brothers wedding. She was punctual, professional, very hygienic and such a pleasant person. She worked on all of us promptly and took the time to understand what everyones vision was for the look they wanted. She makes you look like the best version of yourself. We are already booking her for the next family wedding!!

Salwa was absolutely amazing! She took her time to make sure that she added all the details that I wanted in my makeup look! She was very friendly and made getting ready to attend my brother's wedding so easy! She came to my house and did so with very little notice. Salwa did my makeup for a recent wedding and was a joy. I had never had my makeup professionally done before and she made the experience wonderfully. Great energy, calm, and really listened to what I wanted. Learned a lot from her as well about technique and makeup in general.

I booked Salwa to do my makeup for a wedding. I was coming up from NYC and was referred to her by word of mouth. I was so happy I found her and she was super flexible and professional. I love that she is mobile and even accommodated coming an hour earlier than I had originally booked, it made everything so much easier on me. Her personality made the time go by quickly and the early appointment enjoyable for me. (I am not a morning person hehe) I had sent her some pictures of a couple of looks that I liked and she was very creative in taking aspects from each look and making a custom one special for me. She brought a wide variety of high end luxury products and everything was very hygienic, especially important during COVID. She colour matched me perfectly and the skin prep she did made my skin so soft and flawless. As you can see from my before photo, I had uneven skin tone and some acne and the results picture doesn’t even have a filter - just natural lighting in front of my window!!

I learned a lot during our session and will be using some of her techniques on myself in the future, as I especially loved how she did my eyebrows. The makeup looked great in person and in pictures. I felt amazing and I got so many compliments and it lasted all night through some tears and lots of food and drinks - as you can see from my selfie when I returned home. She even provided me with a lip sample for me to reapply throughout the night. My hair is very long and usually does not hold a curl but she worked quickly and efficiently and even after dancing and sweating, it still had body. She was absolutely lovely and I would definitely rebook with her and refer her to anyone who is looking for a versatile hair stylist and makeup artist who can do a variety of looks, from soft and natural to full out glam. Thank you Salwa for boosting my confidence and making me feel like a star in my own skin.
