  Above and beyond in every regard!

  I would wholeheartedly and without a shred of doubt, recommend Annika and her expert team of Annimations Artists to anyone seeking hair and makeup services.
  
  Both myself and my large group of 10 other ladies, were all made to feel like our best selves ahead of my wedding. I had never been a fan of having my makeup professionally done by someone else (my eyes often water and I’ve never truly felt like “myself” afterwards). Annika and her team have changed all of that for me. The way she tailors makeup application to your comfort level, how she blends your “inspiration photos” to her expertise of how to accentuate YOUR features and skin, leaves you feeling nothing short of fabulous … and with a look that can withstand humidity, dance floor sweat and ample happy tears.
  
  Her team comprises a crew of friendly, knowledgeable and punctual experts who only added to the joy of working with Annika herself.
  
  On top of it all, Annika was one of the most affordable, cost-transparent and flexible beauty partners I have ever come across. Payments were easily and securely handled online via credit card, everything was spelled out in a flexible and timely fashion from the point of booking and she enabled a package that accommodated both my bridal shower look, trial and even helped to shape my brows ahead of the big day.

  Engagement Shoot Hair and Makeup

  Annika is the most talented makeup and hair artist I have experienced. She is professional, prompt, and highly knowledgeable in her work. My engagement shoot makeup and hair looked phenomenal! I loved that she understood what I wanted from the beginning and made me look like an enhanced version of myself. Annika is such a beautiful person inside and out, I had a great time chatting together. I am so glad to have her for all my upcoming wedding events! I highly recommend Annika for any hair and makeup needs!

  Beautiful!

  I have had the pleasure to work with AnnimationsMkUp, specifically Annika, 3 times already. The first opportunity was for my engagement photoshoot, second was for my bridal trial, and third was for my wedding day. All 3 occurrences with Annika were beautifully magical as she did amazing work on my hair and makeup. I felt the most beautiful I could ever be, and this is coming from a past beauty queen who competed in pageants during my teenager/young adult years. I am so happy I chose AnnimationsMkUp, especially for my special day as a bride!
  
  Annika was really supportive during the whole process from when I was searching for a hair and makeup artist up until the day of my wedding, and even after she left my house. She provided me with a kit to help me stay beautiful throughout the day of my wedding. Annika also has such a beautiful soul that it truly feels like a friend is by your side to support you. I will miss her now that my wedding is over, but I will definitely be messaging her for any future events where I need my hair and makeup to be done, as I have gained so much trust in Annika and her work.

  Professional and incredible team

  Annika and her team did our hair and makeup for myself, my 5 bridesmaids and my mother. They arrived at my hotel room on time and their set up was very quick! They worked swiftly without sacrificing quality so we had plenty of time to get ready in the morning. Annika sent us a timeline of who will be starting at what time and was super helpful in planning our morning. Her team is very professional and very pleasant to work with. I can’t recommend working with her enough for your big day!! Best decision I’ve ever made.

For me, it was my bridal shower and wedding day. I had first encountered Annika's contagious and lovely spirit during my sister's wedding last year when she did her hair and my hair. I hired her for my bridal shower and wedding day and it was the best decision I had ever made because I had the upmost confidence in her abilities as a beauty professional in hair and makeup and as a genuinely hearted person. For every question I had in my bridal journey, she provided me with the most helpful response SO QUICKLY. She would provide me links and resources to help me find items for my wedding day.   Got #Annimated On My Wedding Day!

  I was so happy that I got #Annimated for my wedding in late October! Annika was very thorough with getting everyone’s hair and makeup inspo, so that she can create an optimal schedule to accommodate everyone's hair/makeup needs and time conflicts. The team was ready to go at our 5am start, Annika and her team made me and my bridal party feel so comfortable and have fun with the process of getting ready for the long day ahead. I got so many compliments on my makeup, and I looked and felt so beautiful on my wedding day! The makeup lasted all night long, and my hair was still intact and picture-ready during the reception. I recommend booking a bridal trial; Annika will take note of any feedback and will implement them on the wedding day! Thank you Annika, Annie, Richa and Kanwal for your talent and hard work!

  Hair and makeup experience

  I booked Annimations for my wedding this past weekend and Annika was the BEST! She was so easy to work with and so much fun to talk to. Everything was super straightforward and easy with her during the planning process, and she was very respectful of my budget which was greatly appreciated. Everyone's hair lasted all night, as well as my makeup - no smudges after 12 hours! I felt so beautiful but still like myself after getting done up. Highly highly recommend! 💕

  I am so glad I went with AnnimationsMkUp for my wedding! Not only are their prices more affordable, but Annika was super responsive and honest right from the beginning. She told me that I deserve vendors who respond to me right away and I took it to heart while planning my wedding.
  
  Annika was also very organized and made sure to share my vision for hair and makeup with Rimpal for my trial. Rimpal was fantastic! Super sweet and personable at the trial, walked me through the process, and made me feel comfortable as someone not used to wearing a lot of makeup let alone falsies. On the day of the wedding, she even helped my bridal party get ready by sharing her tools and tips, and stayed longer to make sure my hair and makeup were alright. I also didn’t know that she drove by and took videos of my first look with my now husband!
  
  I can’t tell you how much it means to have people (especially women of colour) on your side during such a big, exciting, and stressful time in your life. Annika set the foundation for amazing service and Rimpal went above and beyond! They were flexible and responsive which helped settle my nerves.   Found Annika and her team at Wedding Wire. Annika was very professional from beginning to end. If you book Annika, her team always has a back up plan which I truly appreciate. I worked with both Rebecca and Annika for my trial and they were both lovely and helped me achieved the hair and makeup of my dreams. Annika did my hair and makeup for the wedding day and it was perfect!! The amount of compliments I got were crazy. It looked glam yet natural which what I was going for. The makeup and hair stayed for the full night. Hunar worked on my Mom for the wedding day and she made my Mom looked gorgeous and this lady normally does not wear makeup lol. Thank you so much Annika and your team, I feel so lucky to found and worked with you. Looking forward to working again in the future 🥰

I already knew how I felt about Rimpal from my trial; she was so incredibly warm, fun and exceptionally talented, and I knew she'd be the same on the big day. She made me feel so beautiful with her work, but also in how she spoke to me. Rimpal soothed any anxieties I had about the wedding set-up that was happening around us as she got me ready (she even offered to hang back a while longer to help!) and she devoted the same attention to the rest of my party. Saima, who I met the day of the wedding, was equally good at her work and making everyone (my mom in particular) feel great! Annika, who coordinated the services, had also been communicative and SO organized in the months leading up to the wedding. Planning a wedding was stressful, but working with Annimations was not!
