I worked with Marya for my wedding and couldn't be happier with how the flowers turned out on my wedding day. I was planning the wedding in a different city where it was being held and Marya was incredibly responsive in communicating with me and getting the colour scheme and vision right for the day. On the day of, the bouquets, arrangements, and chandelier looked exactly I had envisioned them. I was nervous about the floral crowns I had asked them to do for myself and the bridesmaids on whether they would look how I had pictured them as floral crowns are a tricky balance to get right and they turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them to look. So happy that I went with Sunflower Florist for my wedding day!

I worked with Valerie on my flowers and was blown away at the quality once the day came. She knew exactly my vision and her team worked to create a display that was breathtaking, and held up the entire day. I made some of my guests take home the arrangements and was told they lasted for over a week! Sunflower Florist was the perfect vendor to work with and they did a beautiful job of my flowers, beyond what I ever could have imagined. I was actually planning my wedding from outside Canada and they worked out every little detail with me through email and a couple consultations in store when I visited. They put my worries at ease, as I don't know much about types of flowers, how much they cost, etc. They explained what flowers would cost most during the season of my wedding and should me several types of looks (wild, classy, greenery, more roses, etc.) during my consultation. They even surprised me with some of my favorite flower that I didn't think I could afford for the same price on my wedding day! Sunflower Florist literally took care of everything for me from the flowers, delivery (to my house, to the church, from church to reception), rentals and pick-up (even for a 1 am ending for the wedding). It was so nice not to have to worry about anything with regard to the flowers. They also did an amazing job decorating with the renting candles, flowers, and purchased greenery. I honestly couldn't have thought up a more beautiful setting! I would highly recommend Sunflower Florist to anyone for their wedding!

Could not have asked for better people to work with to make our wedding day dreams into a reality. They were always prompt in replying to our emails and on the day of even made an extra boutineer for my mother. The reception flowers were to die to for and they exceeded our expectations. All the hard work they did really made our wedding the most special day. I would highly recommend this vendor time and again to any person who i know who is getting married. Thanks for all your work

Best flowers in town
We used Sunflower florist for our wedding. We ordered bridal bouquet, arch flowers, flower girl headpiece, boutonnière, greenery, etc. We were super happy with the outcome. Their flowers are the best in town. I don't know where they grow or get them from. We had shared several inspiration pictures (from the internet) with them so they get an idea about our theme and taste. They understood our vision perfectly. We loved our own bridal bouquet and arch flowers more than all the inspiration pictures.

Valerie was great in helping me choose the colours for my bouquet and flowers. I gave her some reference photos of previous work and I pretty much got what I asked. Arrived on time and it was a quick setup.

Beyond expectations
Marya was very friendly to talk to, flexible, talented and professional. I talked to her about what colour and style, and gave some example photos as well. I was a bit worried that I might be too specific - but no, the flowers turned out unique and beautiful but yet in the colours and style I asked for. She was also flexible about the budget and gave us suggestions. Highly recommended!
