The flowers were gorgeous and went beyond my expectations! Everyone gave compliments about how pretty they were. Would definitely use this vendor again for an event she was so helpful even after postponing twice because of COVID.

Couldn’t have loved my flowers more
Marilyn is a mind reader. She captured my vision perfectly. The outdoor ceremony was amazing and the indoor venue looked like a fairytale. I’m so happy. I will never buy flowers anywhere else

Amazing Wedding Flowers
Marilyn was amazing from start to finish with creating the most beautiful flowers for my wedding. I know nothing about flowers and had no idea what I wanted but she was fabulous and she created the most stunning arrangements. I would use her services again in and instant.

Exceeded Expectations!
We found Nineteen Melrose Flower Shop (Marilyn) through Wedding Wire. I felt Marilyn’s designs matched what I was hoping to have prepared for our wedding.
We connected with Marilyn through video chats, and it proved to be an excellent process. Marilyn easily pulled floral options and designs to give us a clear idea of what she could make for us.
We had to pivot during the wedding planning process - our first wedding date was affected by the Winter Covid lockdown. Marilyn easily pivoted with us and provided new floral options for an early Spring wedding.
We were absolutely stunned by the exquisite floral arrangements Marilyn delivered on our wedding day. We couldn’t have been more pleased! Thank you Marilyn!

Wonderful Experience
I would HIGHLY recommend Marilyn from 19 Melrose Flower Studio. She was amazing to work with - so kind and definitely very knowledgable about all things florals. In our first meeting together, she was able to suggest the perfect combination of flowers and greenery for our bouquets and centre pieces based on the images I had shown her. She created a beautiful combination of flowers in the colours of our choice and was able to guide us on which flowers would be in season around the time of our wedding. She was very budget conscious and did not try and upsell us on flowers once. She also provided excellent suggestions on candles that would match our centre pieces and ribbon colours that would match our bouquets. Unfortunately, we never got to see her final product due to COVID-19 forcing the cancellation of our wedding. When the pandemic hit and the fate of our wedding became highly uncertain, Marilyn reached out to us and left us a voicemail message that literally moved me to tears. She was so compassionate and understanding of the situation and offered us a full refund in the event we choose to cancel our wedding. I called her back in tears and spoke to her about all of our options. Not once did she waiver on her offer to refund our deposit in full and in fact stated multiple times that she would support whatever decision my fiance and I would make. I was so touched by how kind, compassionate and empathetic Marilyn was towards the situation with our wedding. In the end, my fiance and I did cancel our wedding and Marilyn refunded our money in full without hesitation. I have no words to describe how thankful I was for Marilyn’s actions during this very difficult time - I wish I could say we had this experience with all of our vendors. We were VERY happy with the service Marilyn provided - she definitely went above and beyond! She was a pleasure to work with and will definitely be our #1 choice should we ever need flowers in the future. Thank you Marilyn!!

Started pleasant but we did not receive the quality and freshness or table runners we expected
Everything was fine until the flower were delivered. She was unpleasant with my husband and the flowers did not appear to be fresh nor were they the quality we expected. She had talked us into adding roses to the greenery table runners but when she delivered them, there were no roses

I am very sorry your experience with my services on delivery day was not what you had hoped. I do remember you being very happy with your bouquets.
I do not remember being unpleasant to your husband, I cannot think of anything I said that would have been rude. I did have 10 very long and heavy garlands that I brought upstairs at your venue that needed to place on the tables. I do remember saying that the tables needed to be cleared to I could put them down. I pinned the boutonnieres on the suits as I said I would do. When I finished setting up, I went back up to you and told you I was finished and wished you a beautiful day.
I also checked on our contract and it said just greenery garland. There was no flowers indicated for the garlands on the contract. Did we talk about it at the time of the consult? I honestly can't remember. I just followed what was written on our contract.
I am very sad that you were not able to come downstairs as I was setting up. I could have run out and got more flowers for you.
I love and am so proud of what I do and how I interact with my clients. This review does not reflect how I do business.
My apologies to both of you for not receiving what you had hoped for.

Absolutely Amazing!
Marilyn was absolutely amazing and super easy to work with, I asked for a LARGE cascading bouquet and that is exactly what I got. The quality of the flowers and attention to detail was spot on. She took what we were describing and made it come to life! I highly highly recommend her for any of your flower needs!
