Not only did she help me choose floral selections to suit my wedding colour and theme, she was able to give me the look I wanted using flowers within the season of our wedding to make our floral budget affordable. Feedback from our guests regarding the flowers was exceptional. Everyone wanted to keep the centrepieces and vases. Guests commented on how beautiful the bouquets for the bridal party were, and the boutonnieres were lovely and full. What I also appreciated as a bride, was Leesa's fabulous personality, and how she made sure to even check in on me at the ceremony site. Her delivery was prompt and she made sure to have the boutonnieres and bouquets delivered to the bridal party first before our centrepieces were placed so that we could use them for photos prior to the ceremony. Looking back on wedding videography, our flowers looked stunning, and I even caught Leesa in some footage prior to the ceremony putting boutonnieres on our groomsmen. As someone who does not know a thing about flowers (other than the fact they are pretty and smell nice) I have to say I was very pleased with the overall outcome that the Events in Bloom team provided for our wedding.
I did not necessarily know what I wanted for our wedding day decor (in regards to flower arrangement) and Leesa did a great job putting my words and limited ideas together to create a cohesive look. The quality of the flowers was wonderful; and my bouquet, as well as some of the arrangements that we managed to save in transit, lasted for quite some time after the wedding. Leesa was pretty quick to respond to all of our emails (even during TIFF) and did a good job answering any questions I had.
The only reason I took a few points off was, because from the few pictures I had saved as inspiration, I had imagined a more vintage, organic, wildflower sort of asymmetrical style to the bouquets and arrangements. I think that what we got was a bit more vintage English garden, which wasn't a bad thing, and in the end went better with the feel of the venue, my dress, and the rest of the decor. So really, she did take into consideration the overall look, and made the right decisions based on that.
