Very professionals services of extra fresh flowers
I was helped by a professional and when one of the variety of flowers were not upto mark, they informed me and substituted it with another variety of flowers. Flowers got delivered on the agreed date and were extra fresh. This was my second time order and I would go back to them for all my future ordersSent on 22/07/2019

Do not use company
I ordered $600 of wedding flowers a month ahead of wedding. The flowers never did arrive. Could not speak to anyone regarding tracking #. Told to be patient via online chat. No refund, 6 days after guarantee shipment. no call from company.Sent on 23/07/2018

Great value but you get what you paid for
Our flowers were supposed to arrive 14 February but came 15 February, which was a bit stressful. The flowers were a bit squished and some of them looked dead. Putting the flowers in water definitely helped. Overall, the flowers were everything I wanted. I personally don't care too much for flowers so I was pleasantly surprised how nice they looked in pictures. If you're picky, using a service like this isn't for you. this was the worst experience a bride could imagine. I ordered my wedding flowers on Feb 11 for MY APRIL 29 wedding. I received an email confirmation. but the day before my wedding my flowers had not arrived.I called several times and was repeatedly told that they could not give me any information! They said someone would have to call me back. Noone ever did. I called at least a dozen times and then thy began to hang up on me!!! I was devastated and completely at a loss as to what to do with my wedding a day away. I went to the email chat room where i was told the same thing.They even began to cut off my chats! I had nowhere to turn.The customer service message said that representatives did not have access to my online order and would be unable to help me!! I was nearly out of my mind. I was told by one rep that I could still receive my flowes on Saturday morning, the day of the wedding!!! So I waited. On the moringof the wedding I had to run to Costco to pick up bulk flowers whichi took to a local florist who quickly put them into bouquets. There were no table flowers, no corsages or boutinieres. It was the worst experience of life. Ten days after the wedding I received a voicemail from the company apologizing and telling me my order had been missed!! They said I would be refunded but I was offered nothing else- no explanation or compensation.Please,please,please do not use this company!!! SPend the extra money and work with your local florist!! This company is not affiliated with your local Bunches,whom I eventually was fortunate enough to be able to create 3 bouquets at the last minute! It is an experience no bride should ever go through. The only positive is that 100 guests and everyone they know,are aware of this company's practies and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!Sent on 09/05/2017

not worth the money or time
my order came and I was unable to use it for my client. the roses that came were moldy, and some of them were just hanging off the bulb. the mold came from the middle of the bulbs and went outwards. I had to make-do and find another resource.
Shawna offered me a refund, but then when the sales team reached me, said they would only give me a store credit. honestly I am annoyed and pissed off. I am sure anyone who receives a product like this would be unhappy as well.Sent on 05/10/2019
