Do not use company
I ordered $600 of wedding flowers a month ahead of wedding. The flowers never did arrive. Could not speak to anyone regarding tracking #. Told to be patient via online chat. No refund, 6 days after guarantee shipment. no call from company.

Great value but you get what you paid for
Our flowers were supposed to arrive 14 February but came 15 February, which was a bit stressful. The flowers were a bit squished and some of them looked dead. Putting the flowers in water definitely helped. Overall, the flowers were everything I wanted. I personally don't care too much for flowers so I was pleasantly surprised how nice they looked in pictures. If you're picky, using a service like this isn't for you. But they work for those who don't mind imperfections.

this was the worst experience a bride could imagine. I ordered my wedding flowers on Feb 11 for MY APRIL 29 wedding. I received an email confirmation. but the day before my wedding my flowers had not arrived.I called several times and was repeatedly told that they could not give me any information! They said someone would have to call me back. Noone ever did. I called at least a dozen times and then thy began to hang up on me!!! I was devastated and completely at a loss as to what to do with my wedding a day away. I went to the email chat room where i was told the same thing. They even began to cut off my chats! I had nowhere to turn. The customer service message said that representatives did not have access to my online order and would be unable to help me!! I was nearly out of my mind. I was told by one rep that I could still receive my flowes on Saturday morning, the day of the wedding!!! So I waited. On the moringof the wedding I had to run to Costco to pick up bulk flowers whichi took to a local florist who quickly put them into bouquets. There were no table flowers, no corsages or boutinieres. It was the worst experience of life. Ten days after the wedding I received a voicemail from the company apologizing and telling me my order had been missed!! They said I would be refunded but I was offered nothing else- no explanation or compensation. Please, please, please do not use this company!!! SPend the extra money and work with your local florist!! This company is not affiliated with your local Bunches, whom I eventually was fortunate enough to be able to create 3 bouquets at the last minute! It is an experience no bride should ever go through. The only positive is that 100 guests and everyone they know, are aware of this company's practies and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

Ordered a shipment for my wedding which took place on October 6th, 2017. 1/3 of the order did not come, 1/3 of my order (the roses) fell apart after unpacking them. And the spray roses were brown by the next day. They also did not arrive the day it was supposed to. They did not seem to care or want to make things right with the customer and was overall a terrible experience. I would not recommend this company.

I was very excited when I originally found this website because I thought it was exactly what I wanted and needed. I placed my order over 2 weeks in advance (as they recommended). My wedding was on Saturday the 23 of September, I requested delivery to be on Thursday before. Late on Wednesday, 4:30pm or so - I received a message saying my delivery had to be pushed back to the Friday before my wedding! I was at work and couldn't call until later that evening; I spoke to someone who had no authority, and really knew nothing about my order. All he could say was delivery would be sometime between 9am and 5PM Friday. With my wedding being Saturday, I had intended on making my centrepieces first thing Friday morning because Friday afternoon was when guests were coming from out of town, we had set up to do at the venue, etc. Thursday morning I was called and told this was all because of the hurricane (which happened a week prior) I get it - we can't control mother nature. But they waited until 4:30PM the day before my delivery to postpone my delivery?? They would not offer me expedited delivery, they would not confirm I could have my flowers first thing Friday morning; the woman I spoke to was sympathetic, but didn't seem to have solutions. After she called me back I asked about pick up - and was told I could! She said she didn't mention that because she didn't think I'd want to... are you kidding me??? I needed my flowers!!! I spent 3 hours of my time Thursday afternoon driving to this warehouse. While I was driving to the warehouse I was called again and told some of my selections were damaged and they would replace them... they did. With a cheaper alternative - I was never compensated. The warehouse must never have pick-ups because this seemed totally out of their element. I did my best to check the order but when I got home I realized the roses were HORRIBLE. I ordered 50 total... I probably used 20. They were falling apart and "rotting". I put everything in water overnight but some greens seemed burnt? (I'm not sure if that's the best way to describe it). I made it work, because that's what you do in situations like this. I took a couple of pictures but if that's what they need to justify treating me with any respect then it's not worth my effort to send it to them. I was also never refunded my shipping fee... although I wasted my own time and gas to go get the flowers. I wrote the company last week when I got back from my honeymoon and no one has reached out to me.
All I can do is write this and hope you brides read it before placing an order. I love DIY, and if you do too then just make sure you order from a more reliable source!
