Incredible!
Caryn is a true professional. She was an excellent wedding planner and also our fabulous florist. Not only was she patient, organized, and friendly, but she completely understood my vision for our big day. She recommended and organized the most fabulous vendors, from makeup to hair to DJ to band to desserts.... and everything came out absolutely perfect. I would recommend her to any MTL bride - trust her, take her advice, and enjoy the best day of your life with Caryn behind the scenes!!A Timeless Celebration's reply:

As a mother, as a mastermind
The very professional planner, Caryn, tool care of all details, made me feel in good hands even before we started to plan our wedding!
A chinese wedding is kinda complicated... Especially when I need to please all parents, which she had solutions ! That's a total must if you have family that can't be described in a sentence.
In a nutshell, anyone working with her will do their best before, during and after the wedding. Living proof here !A Timeless Celebration's reply:

Amazing, professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and efficient
We had our wedding on October 2022. Caryn was awesome. She was efficient, very kind, very easy to reach out too and is an excellent professional in her field. She always had the best advice for us and helped us navigate so well through the tedious process that is wedding planning! We felt so in confidence with her being our planner and our coordinator.
She tackled everything including various unexpected incidents with so much efficiency, which allowed us to fully enjoy our day without having to worry about all the logistics.
Last but not least, her flower arrangements were exquisite, we got SO many compliments for them. You can definitively trust Caryn, she is a master of her craft and will create the most beautiful floral arrangements that take into account your point of view, but she will also have great suggestions to make things even better.A Timeless Celebration's reply:

The most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen 💕
Caryn was an angel sent from heaven. Her talent, her vision, her creativity, her calm demeanour, her advice all came at a time when we needed it most.
Her floral design was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Even if it presented a challenge she quickly rose to the occasion. I can’t say enough good things about the beautiful job she did on the Chuppah, my bouquet (the most bouquet I’ve ever seen in my life), the centrepieces, the bridal table and the frame and flowers behind the table.. etc.. everything she did had a warm personal touch. I absolutely loved my wedding, it was everything I dreamed it would be thanks to her. Caryn exceeded all of our expectations!A Timeless Celebration's reply:

Trust me when I tell you that my wedding planner is definitely better then yours… I honestly think she has super powers because she pulled off the impossible in less then 3 weeks. Let me tell you my story and you can be the judge.
Initial wedding date: Octobre 2020(Postponed)
Second date: July 2021(Had to change venues 2X thanks to covid)
I reached out to Caryn in April 2021, when my 1st venue cancelled on me 2 month before my wedding. Freaking out because I didn’t know what to do and how to find a venue that fast.
Surprisingly, she was not worried or stressed. She was happy to accept the challenge of putting a wedding together in 2 month. (I thought she was crazy but she made me feel hopeful again)
But then 3 weeks before my wedding, we find out that my second venue is a no go either so at this point I’m ready to get married in a dumpster I swear! Caryn, on the other hand, had other plans for me and a dumpster was definitely not part of it!
She was able to book me a venue, find my caterer and rent everything we need to turn that venue into the most magical, whimsical and dreamy venue you can ever think of. She turned that venue into my dream wedding in less then 3 weeks.
So if this doesn’t make her a super hero or the best wedding planner out there then I dunno what will!

Working with Caryn was a pleasure! She was always very helpful and patient with me as I tried to plan a wedding during the Covid-19 pandemic. She was even able to accommodate us when we had to postpone our wedding. I asked her for simple white and green flowers and she gave me the exact aesthetic I was looking for. The decorations at our reception were simple, but effective. She filled the room with candles which gave off a warm and romantic glow. I did find it a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for! Breath taking flowers for our wedding!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Caryn on our elopement. She was on point with the inspirational photos I provided. We did all of our planning via email, as we were travelling from out of province. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous! It truly made our day that much more special. Not only is Caryn a true professional but a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend her for your wedding or special occasion.
