  Cant get my dress

  Avoid like the plague. Not sure what I'm going to do now that my dress is held hostage and I've paid in full.

  London's Most Luxurious Bridal Boutique

  As a full time wedding photographer in the London area for over 8 years, I can honestly say that my heart skips a beat when my wedding clients tell me they purchase their gown from Nicholas & Elizabeth. In my opinion they are the most luxurious bridal boutique in the London area. My style of photography has a flair for fashion - and they always carry the trending designers and gowns. I can always count on my clients to have an original look on their big day and they often mention having a wonderful experience when finding the perfect gown. I recommend them to all my clients! They are true professionals in their field and I am eager to collaborate with these professional on upcoming stylized bridal shoots!

  Would not recommend to anyone.

  Poor customer service, did not recieve a call back when we were told we would, left messages and tried phoning many times. Never an answer we had to go into the store to find out the status of the bridesmaid dresses. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Absolutely loved my experience at Nicholas & Elizabeth! I had been to 5 shops prior to and every shop was different. Walking in I wasn't sure what to expect. There were a lot of people crowded in the viewing area and I was used to having our own private room. Devon quickly turned my first impression around! She was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and energetic. I loved her energy and she was very patient with me as I hemmed and hawed over two dresses that I couldn't decide between. I'm hoping to bring in my bridesmaids to enjoy the same experience as I did! Highly recommmend!

  The staff was very helpful at this location, and the atmosphere was very calming! I enjoyed my experience and I absolutely loved my dress. They help you get it to the seamstress for you as well so it makes it very simple!

The staff was friendly and helped find exactly what I was imagining for my girls! The helped us stay within a good price and found us amazing dresses! They also gave me suggestions on what tux shops had good matching colours for the groom and his guys! I was so impressed with the service that I would recommend these ladies to any bride for her dress or her bridesmaids.

  it was absolutely stunning and I felt amazing in it!!!!
  everyone at that store was fantastic to work with!!!
  Even got all the bridesmaids dresses there and they were so great with working out a colour scheme with me! I felt completely confident leaving the store!!

  Got my dream dress here! I bought a sample and because of that they won't store it or do alterations or clean it or press it. Otherwise was a good store Carly is great!

  I never thought I'd be able to find such a beautiful dress in my under $1000 budget.
  Devon from Nicholas and Elizabeth asked my budget up front, never pressured me to go above it, and found me several stunning options!
