Terrible customer service

I booked an appointment here to try on dresses one day with my bridal party. They asked if they could call closer to rhe date to get more information. I told them yes and that to make a note in their book not to call me before 4pm (night shift worker). In a matter of 2 weeks they called me 4 times during the day, waking me. Each time they called I told them the same thing. Cancelled my apppointment due to terrible customer service, will never purchase anything there!!!

I said yes at newline

I had gone to a few other shops to look for my dress and I really wasn’t sure I was ever going to find one.. then we came to newline and the consultant was so helpful in getting the right dress for me. I ended up going over budget but it was so worth it, I wish I could wear my dress everyday!

Wedding Dress Purchase

I bought my wedding dress here after months of struggling to find the right one. I dealt with Fawn and she was very honest and helpful. She gave me tips for that would help make my decision and after the decision was made. They have a very big selection for all shapes and sizes!
