They carried the brand (Truvelle) and the style I was interested in and when I realized I wanted to customize the dress they were very helpful in finding a way to do it that would be most cost efficient and give me exactly what I wanted. They kept me informed on when the dress would be ready and then shipped it to me as I asked. Appreciate the responsiveness of the team!

Had a great experience with Lovenote! The little extras included (and of course the note) were so personal. I was shopping during COVID and dreading it and the shop made the experience so easy and enjoyable.

I don't even know where to start to share my incredible experience with this boutique. From the very first moment that we walked in, it was love at first sight. Alix is one of the kindest, most patient women I have ever met and truly made the entire process magical. When you book your appointment, you are booking out the entire space, which is so calming. The dress selection was beyond my expectations, never once was I told that they didn't have my size or no you can't try that on. It was wonderful. I ended up combining 2 dresses into 1 with a few customization's and came away with the most beautiful dress I have ever owned. When wearing it on my wedding day, I can honestly say that, that is the most beautiful I have ever felt. Thank you so much to Alix and the Truvelle team. I am forever grateful.

I wore Truvelle Carolina for my wedding in the mountains. This dress was BREATHTAKING. I felt elegant and bridal. The dress was very well made - I would highly recommend this Canadian Designer to any bride.

I saw my perfect dress on Pinterest before I was even engaged. I got so many compliments on it. It is so beautiful and I felt beautiful in it on my wedding day. I bought my Truvelle dress through a boutique in Victoria (The White Peony). Through the boutique my experience was that Truvelle was very easy to work with when requesting some custom work be done. I'm a larger cup size and they were able to accommodate. I also asked for a corset back instead of a zipper and they did it no problem. I went to the Truvelle shop in Vancouver to try on veils after buying my dress. The veils were stunning and although I ended up buying from another designer I really wanted to buy a Truvelle veil. Their sienna colour was so beautiful (just not for me). The women working at the boutique were amazing and made me feel so special and beautiful even though I was just looking at veils. Amazing experience and quality. The dresses are so amazing, I'm obsessed with the new collection even though my dress buying days are done. Their dresses are like works of art.

Sooo happy with how my dress turned out and looked on the day. I was worried that the sequins would start to rub or hurt my arms but it never bothered me. I couldn’t have picked a better dress for a cottage wedding.

They messed up the color of my dress but fixed it after a hard conversation. I get the sense that they are going through a transition and maybe are a bit disorganized. the organization process for my dress fitting was a bit weird and not super professional but my dress looked perfect at the end of the day.

I can't say enough about this place and the gorgeous dresses! The designer Gaby is super friendly and professional and made the whole dress purchase experience stress free.
