*** Buyer Beware ***
I will not tell you not to buy your dress from them however, you should be aware of everything that happened not only to my bride to be but the same thing happened to many others so please read many of the reviews. Besides this one.
Rina and Giovanni are very nice until things go wrong and then they get nasty and it everyone's fault but theirs. Their lies brought my bride to tears and I was the one that finally picked up the dress from their store.
Please DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until your dress is in your hands.
If they don't want to change that policy there are many stores out there willing to take your money.
They will charge you a lot for alterations ($700 +) but when they go wrong which I have read has happened a few times, they will blame the seamstress and say that they are not responsible and have you come in to try on alterations after alterations and say it was your fault in the first place.
I went to pick up the dress for my bride because she did not want anything to do with them anymore. I met Rina a very nice lady who does really care. Unfortunately, it is Giovanni who makes the decisions. They would not let me leave the store without signing a paper saying everything was fine. Giovanni talked to me on the phone and we argued back and forth until they realized that I would only sign something saying I would pick up the dress. I took responsibility for it and left.
Once again Rina is super nice and caring but if you do have an issue it's always Giovanni that replies and that's when your experience turns into a nightmare.
I wish you all the best in your wedding and marriage and hope you don't go through what my bride had to go through.
If you made it this far you deserve to know that my amazing bride bought another dress from "Natalia Exclusif".
She will also to be will be giving away the other dress to someone who would otherwise not be able to afford one.
I'm one lucky guy.

We, the owners and the seamstress all agree that the alterations were done to Lynne's request and the dress fit beautiful on her. In fact, we have photos to show of her in her lovely dress from the fitting she attended. We do not appreciate your false accusations against our seamstress and the Ivoire Team. Our seamstresses have over 20 years of bridal experience and their work is meticulous and of the highest standard. We are disappointed that Lynne decided not to continue or attend her final fitting appointment, as there were minor adjustments to complete. If she would have had any further concerns after her final fitting, we would have gladly continued the process until she was completely satisfied, as we do with all our brides. IVOIRE will continue to work hard in providing all our future brides the very best service we can and that we are known for.

Ivoire has a good range of choices of beautiful dresses and they gave me good choices of dress according to the budget I set. The employees are professional and very nice. Would definitely recommend!
The only negative point is that the seamstress was a little rude/impatient/late at our last appointment which is a pity because we wanted to make sure everything was perfect before I left the store with my dress and that's our last memory of the place. But overall the alterations of my dress were well done.

Although I personally ended finding my dream dress somewhere else, the experience I had at this store was impeccable. I shopped around and tried many dresses in many stores, and I kind of wish my dream dress had been here. The place is beautiful, the staff was nice and patient with me and my guests. The dresses are gorgeous and great quality for very decent pricing! I really recommend it.Ivoire's reply:
