  Wonderful service

  The ladies at Gown Go Round were very helpful. They have a wonderful selection. I went in just to look and came out with the perfect dress. If you're trying to get in touch with them I advise emailing, it can get crazy in the shop and trying to pick up the phone is just not possible for them but they do seem to check email regularly.

  Not a good experience at all!

  Went in there yesterday to shop with my daughter for her prom dress. I called in advance to confirm if they had a good selection of plus size dresses and was reassured on the phone that there were “LOTS of variety for plus size” so we took the drive up from Toronto.. there was a total of 4 dresses to choose from and all were much too mature for a 17 year old girl.. when my daughter said to the owner that she wasn’t a fan of the dress she had tried on the owner said “ well you are going to have to compromise and settle” her prom is a month away.. I was shocked and my daughter completely turned off.. because she is plus size she should settle for a dress that was too large on her and looked like a mother of the bride dress for her prom! In this day with so much social shaming for girls I found this to be extremely inappropriate and kind of bullyish she then went on to question me about what options I had.. we left the store and today my daughter found the exact dress she wanted with amazing customer service from a gorgeous gown store in north york called Marla’s Fashion .. if you are plus size and looking for formal dresses for any occasion they had a HUGE selection as well as online boutique with hundreds of dresses all the way up to size 30.. do not settle! There is always options ❤️🙏 and to the owner please be cautious of how you choose your words.. these girls at such delicate ages comments like that come off very hurtful and can stay with a young lady for a long time. Please do better .. thank you.

  Would definitely recommend!

  This was a very wonderful shop, very put together, the lady there was so nice and helpful! I got a brand new beautiful grad dress for a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend!
  The only thing I would suggest differently is selling some things like fancy shoes, and more accessories such as jewelry, hair pins, etc...
  I rate this store a 4.5/5, very good job, I am very satisfied!

  Went in just to look and the lady there was so helpful. She helped me find the perfect dress that I could show to my family the next time I went in. No limit on number of dresses you can try on and no fees to try them on.

  I had the best experience at gown go round. I searched everywhere for a specific veil and the prices were outrageous. When I entered, Katerina greeted me and quickly found the veil I was looking for at a reasonable price. I also found a jacket for my fall wedding. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
