  Excellent service

  I bought my wedding dress at Bliss. It was my first and only stop. They were so welcoming and supportive. I was overwhelmed with all the dresses and did not know where to start. Wendy walked me through it and listened to what I was looking for. She was respectful of my budget. After I bought my dress they were very accommodating for me to come in and have it fitted and refitted. They took pictures for me to send to the seamstress and went above and beyond. I went back a few times to look for a veil and they didn’t have what I was looking for but they researched a vendor who made custom veils and were able to get me exactly what I was looking for. And it was a great price. I would highly recommend.

  We hired Braeja from Bliss as our wedding decorator and day of coordinator. This was by far the best spent money for our day. We had done all of our corresponding via email, as I was not a local bride, and let me tell you Braeja and Wendy took every little bit of my vision and made it all come true. As for the coordination Braeja was truly a God send. She took every little bit of stress I had and made it go away. She went above and beyond to make sure every little detail that I wanted was taken care of and made sure I had nothing to worry about on the day of except to get myself ready...
  Although she even put my shoes on for me! Braeja truly went above and beyond what I even expected of her and I am just so thankful for her. She instantly felt like she was someone I had known forever and I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Bliss. We highly recommend Braeja and Wendy and promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much again ladies.

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Bliss Gowns and Events and the staff that work here! I found my Rosamund by Maggie Sottero Gown, veil and bridesmaids dresses, at one of the many trunk shows hosted by the store and I couldn't have been happier. The ladies made me feel like family while shopping. I wasn't just another customer, I was their sister, daughter, and best friend they were helping find a gown. It was as if I was the only one in the store, even when it was full of other ladies. All of my silly insecurities were put to rest and my many questions answered and reassured, time and time again. My dress and veil were a rush order and still came in 4 weeks early! I couldn't have asked for a better place to purchase my wedding gown from. I highly recommend Bliss Gowns and Events to every bride!

  My experience at Bliss Gowns was truly the best. I had gone into every shop in Victoria and Nanaimo with not much luck. Bliss Gowns was my last stop and it was like the old saying save the best for last. The staff were so friendly and helpful not to mention how beautifully set up the interior was, perfect for any kind of gown shopping. There were so many beautiful options and I never felt rushed. Thank you Bliss Gowns I will forever be grateful for the memory I took home with me.
