  Excellent service

  I didn't find my dress at Bella's Brides, but I had a great experience with Nadi. It was one of the first stores I went to, and Nadi was so patient in explaining different things to me, my bridesmaid and my mom. It is obvious that she is experienced, she was able to give me good comments about the dresses I picked, and how I could alter them to be more comfortable for me.
  
  One thing to note is that you cannot take photos at Bella's Brides, however I still enjoyed my experience and I would definitely recommend them.

  Mother of the Bride

  My daughter and I went to Bella's, our first stop, to look for a Mother of the Bride gown and had a morning appointment with Nadi. With some quick input from me about likes/dislikes she was able to pull several gowns that I liked. She was right on in her suggestions and at no time did I ever feel pressured into a style or size that I wasn't comfortable with. In fact, I made my selection and cancelled that appointment that I had later that afternoon with another shop. I was so impressed with the service, prices and thrilled with my choice that before I knew it, I was done shopping and my daughter and I had the rest of day to do wedding things! What a pleasure to shop at Bella's!

  Amazing service and gowns!

  The staff at Bella's are so great at what they do - they find gowns that fit your body and therefore look amazing no matter what the price is. Everything is decently priced and the service is amazing. Could not recommend them more, both my sister and I got wedding gowns and all of our bride-maids dresses from them.

  Perfect Experience

  Bella's Brides was the second boutique I went to and it was a great experience. The consultant quickly understood the silhouette and style I was drawn to and made it so easy to say yes to the dress! I did my alterations with Nadi and she was fantastic - she was honest, didn't try and add any unnecessary alterations, had very reasonable pricing and made sure my dress fit like a glove (that I could still comfortably sit in!).

  Amazing experience!!

  I found my dress on my first visit and got $100 off!!! The shopping experience was incredible!! Very private and calm. So comfortable!! Nandi is super friendly and helpful. Her recommendations where on point and provided me with everything I needed.

  Best experience!

  I was in today and had the most amazing experience with the staff at Bella's Bridal. My family and I drove 2 hours from opposite directions to meet at a salon in Vaughan. After a bad experience I left feeling disappointed. With some quick thinking a call was made to Bella's Bridal nearby and the staff were more than accommodating for a quick walk in between their appointments. I walked in feeling very flustered and but after explaining my wishes in the most ridiculous way (fitted but not too fitted, flowy but not too much, lace but not too heavy, etc) the staff pulled some amazing dresses. Within minutes I was in a dress that I probably wouldn't have pulled off a hanger for myself but the staff just knew it fitted my hopes. It probably only took about 10 minutes before I had my amazing bridal moment and knew I had found the dress. I can't thank the staff enough for saving what started as a very disappointing day. I now have my dress ordered and can't wait to see the staff again when I go to pick it up!

  Started out a very positive experience but unfortunately it ended up being a bit of a mess

  My experience with Bella’s Brides was very positive initially. Found the perfect dress, excellent assistance and was very happy with the price. I ordered my dress with Bella’s bride back in Aug 2017 and was told the dress would arrive in March 2018. I was reassured that it would be sufficient time accounting for tailoring. At the time, Bella’s Bride still had their seamstress in-house. I followed up with the staff around mid March and was told that the dress would arrive in April. Again, I asked about tailoring and was told that I had enough time to get it tailored. Not until I followed up with them regarding an appointment for dress fitting that I was told they had lost their seamstress and I was to find one myself. I completely understand that it might not be something that they could foresee. However, when I went in there to pick up my dress, I had quite minimal assistance with putting it on or clipping it (which I supposed it’s because they don’t have anyone to tailor it for me). I asked the staff there for a referral because I am not familiar with looking for a good seamstress, unfortunately no referral was given which I found quite surprising. Because my wedding is in Aug 2018 and I picked up my dress at the end of April (which was when it was delivered), I was in a time crunch to look for a seamstress. I was quite disappointed with the service at the end of my experience with Bella’s to be quite honest. I thought a referral would have been much appreciated. Since I don’t want to risk not having my dress ready in time for my wedding, I ended up going with a seamstress who was very knowledge but was quite pricey. Given the complexity of the dress and the amount of tailoring that needed to be done, I now am paying the seamstress basically the cost of my dress (doubling my expenses). I fully understand that Bella’s Bride is not at direct fault in this situation. For all I know, it would have cost me the same to do tailoring with the in-house seamstress at Bella’s. However, the way that it was handled is what slightly put me off.

  Beautiful Dresses!

  I had my wedding dress there. It was easy to book an appointment and the lady was very flexible. My dress was ready by the time we discussed and it was simply beautiful! Bella's Brides not only have great catalogue but pretty good prices too!

  Nadia and the staff at Bella's Brides were amazing! She helped me find the dress of my dreams and in my price range. She was very honest in her opinions which I appreciated.
