Balletts bridal is amazing and so is Sarah. I couldn’t find a dress but the dress she pulled after looking was just breathtaking. It was during Covid but she still made the day special and unique for us

I'll start off by saying I am a picky bride who is looking for a unique style. They offered a lot of classic styles at fair price points which is great for a bride on a tight budget.

Ballett's was my least favourite experience on my hunt for a few reasons. The shop is dark and out dated. Luckily, this was the very first stop I made so I had nothing to compare it to at the time, but all the shops I visited after were a much nicer atmosphere to shop in.

I found all of the dresses were very classic and expected which is just not what I'm looking for.

Ballett's Birdal helped me find the dress of my dreams. Everyone was super friendly and so supportive when trying to find my dress. The dress is stunning and the veil I got was perfect as well. I would highly recommend going to one of their three locations in Southwestern Ontario!

While adjustments have had to be made due to COVID-19, I visited several dress stores and this store was by far the least favourable. They practiced caution by keeping people distanced and by wearing masks, but they required me to select specific dresses before attending the store to try on. This limited my selection of dresses to view. Also, the woman helping me kept leaving the room and didn't help much with clipping the dresses so if I wanted to see what the dress would look like on my body, I needed my mom to help me. This made finding a dress really difficult. When we asked to see more dresses that I didn't originally request, they were receptive to this option, which was nice; although, I felt like I was a bother and shouldn't be asking for further dresses.

Rhonda was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and found the perfect dress for me! She was so professional but also honest when the style wasn’t right, she was so awesome we went back for bridesmaids - which she was also excellent for!

Ballett's was the first place that I tried on wedding dresses, and it was a great experience. The lady helping me was friendly, kind and understanding as she listened to my entourage's requests while putting my requests first. I would highly recommend any bride searching to visit Ballett's!

From start to finish, Ballett's was amazing! I visited the store twice before making my decision. The staff was supportive and helpful!! I absolutely loved my dress!

We had a horrible experience two doors down at Annette's Bridal having booked an appointment knowing we are looking for plus size dresses and then showing up and them having non at all to try on. So we went a few doors down to Balletts Bridal and they saved the day!!! They were so amazing and helpful with a great selection of plus size dresses to choose from! Staying late to make sure our first dress experience was a fantastic one not only did my sister say yes to the dress I also found my perfect dress! They are all around amazing and we cant wait for our big days!

Amazing! I was at the Kitchener location and Rhonda knew exactly what I needed and I bought my dress and accessories that day. Amazing service and I will be returning with my bridesmaids. The pricepoint was perfect and Rhonda knew what would suit me just by looking at me.
