Shawn made sure that we had everything we needed for the day. He worked with our MC’s, while also providing his own MC services. He made sure he all all the songs we wanted (even our hilarious song for the bridal party to walk to!). He was an amazing addition to our day! -

We had Jason for our wedding and with his experience as a DJ he gave us exactly what we hoped for. He had the ability to read the room and play what our guests would enjoy and kept the dancefloor moving. He worked professionally with our MC and venue coordinator to move seamlessly from ceremony through dinner and the reception. -

Although we had to cancel Shawn due to the pandemic, he was amazing every step of the way! I have seen him work at a few weddings I've been to, and he is so much fun!!
From the day we booked him, to our planning meeting, he was fantastic!! Even when we had to cancel he was understanding. We wish we could have had the full reception with all of his services, but we will make sure to always recommend Shawn for future events. If we plan a party next year, he will be our go to DJ!! -

Shawn was exceptional! Our guests had nothing but good things to say about him. He was able to navigate the changing conditions of Covid-19 and was able to create a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. He took song requests gladly and was willing to play most songs that they suggested (no dancing = no songs that will get people moving and grooving). He was super helpful in the planning process and gave us some ideas with songs that we didn't think of. He was super helpful and supportive throughout this entire process and was able to make our wedding special and perfect! Thank you, Shawn! -

Shawn was awesome! He was helpful every step of the way of the wedding planning process. He gave us lots of tips and insights on the ins and outs of weddings. He was courteous, professional and played great music the whole evening. One guest even told us that everytime they went to sit down, Shawn would have another fabulous song start! Everyone had a great time the whole evening thanks to Shawn's music and emceeing service. Thank you so much!! -

We had the wonderful Jason as our DJ from Step by Step. He was amazing from the meeting all the way through our reception. He had the perfect blue lightning which really accented our decor and had our guests dancing to our favourite tunes all night! Jason also MC'd for us and made sure only those who had permission got the microphone! Thank you so much Step by Step and Jason for everything you did to make our day special for us and our guests. Would highly recommend! -

Shawn did an awesome job as the DJ for our wedding. He was extremely professional and accommodating throughout the planning process and during our wedding day, and had an awesome energy throughout the night that kept everyone on the dance floor.
