  Frustratingly poor performance

  I hired DJIZM for my wedding in December 2018. Veneet himself was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to my emails and phone calls. The equipment and sound was also fine.
  
  Unfortunately, the performance of the DJ assigned to my wedding, Al, was unacceptable. Among some problems:
  
  - The song for the bridesmaids entrance finished before all the bridesmaids walked in. Instead of just replaying the song, he just let the remaining ones walk in to silence.
  
  -He started playing the wrong song when the bride started to walk in, before switching to the right one.
  
  - He didn't seem to be aware (or didn't care) that I gave Veneet a large list of songs to play. The songs he chose, and the transitions between them, drove people from the floor.
  
  - Of the songs I requested, he used remixed versions (e.g. a dub-step version of Sweet Caroline). He stated he wasn't told he should load the original version of the songs. When I asked him to change a song, it didn't seem like he knew how to use the software for the song list. He also played several songs twice. At one point, I just had to plug my own phone into the speaker to start playing music from there.
  
  Our wedding day program and other vendors were otherwise perfect. Our song requests were pretty standard (i.e., classic rock hits and modern mainstream hits), so it was a bit frustrating that the one job that could've been done by someone with a laptop and YouTube was so poorly executed.

  We had a great experience with DJiZM. Veneet was friendly and responded to all of our inquiries promptly. He and our DJ were willing to come do a walk around our venue with us and give us tips about how to set up and were able to calm all of our nerves 2 weeks before our wedding. Our DJ was amazing! He chose great music and was extremely accommodating of the requests our guests made. Most importantly, he was professional, friendly and so much fun!

  My guests had so much fun taking funny photos. I found DJIMZ entertainment group very professional. They would always email me back right away when ever I had a question. The props were cute and fun, wide verity for the guys and girls at the party to enjoy. The price was well worth it, my guest are still talking about it. Make sure to fit their photo-booth into your budget you'll be happy you did.

  Veneet is an amazing DJ/MC. He was our MC that night and Andrew was our DJ. Veneet was our main contact and he was great. He was proactive contacting/working with our venue to make sure logistically things all worked out. He responds to emails very quickly, and is very professional in his communication. He brought in a few extra pieces of equipment to make sure the mood/lightning was perfect, and our guests danced until the end.

  My wife and I are very happy with Veneet's service. I told Veneet that all I wanted was that he would get my guests dancing, and he certainly delivered on that.

  Veneet was a professional that was in constant communication with us regarding the wedding. With all the other things going on, we felt that the Music and the photo booth we ordered were going to be great, and they were. The party went a little past 1 pm since there were a lot of people on the dance floor still, and the photo booth was a huge hit. We would recommend Veneet to everyone.

  The gentlemen at DJismz were really great. I don't usually like giving 5 stars for reviews because it's really not that helpful but Veneet (our DJ) definitely deserved all of them!
  
  I, never having planned an event before was in charge of finding a DJ for my wedding. We had a pretty tight budget and found that they had a great selection of packages in our price range. What I found the most impressive and my best reason for recommending them was their professionalism. Veneet was our DJ and he responded to all my emails within an hour or two. He was super kind and accommodating and helped ease my mind from the stress of planning a wedding. He handled everything. I put him in contact with my venue and told him what I wanted for the entrance songs etc. That was it. he handled the rest.
  
  The music selection was great. I don't really listen to current music so it was great to have him handle it all. The songs were played at the right time and he really felt the crowd. I got a lot of comments on how awesome the music was. One of the more memorable moments was when he announced that the raptors won game 5 of the playoffs. He dropped a sick song that basically said it all and the entire room erupted.

  Veneet offered to sponsor an event that I organized, Durham's Fall Craft Market, which had a strong charitable focus. He was such a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt with his responses and very professional. Although we've never met in person, I can tell by our communications that he is a man of integrity.
  
  Veneet sent DJ Marlon to our event and he was a huge hit! He had such a great energy about him. He was kind, engaging, responsive to the needs of our group, and just an overall joy to be around. He chose the perfect mix of music for our event with very little direction, and was willing to help whenever needed (helping vendors find their booths, making announcements, etc.) His presence at our event contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere that people cant stop raving about!
  
  I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience working with DJiZM Entertainment Group. Five-star service all the way!

  Veneet offered to sponsor an event that I organized, Durham's Fall Craft Market, which had a strong charitable focus. He was such a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt with his responses and very professional. Although we've never met in person, I can tell by our communications that he is a man of integrity.
