Our experience with Sitka Studio for our wedding at UBC Boathouse was absolutely fantastic!

We were first drawn to Sitka when we witnessed their work at Riverway Golf Course for a friend’s wedding. While the UBC Boathouse is already a beautiful venue, we decided to enhance the ambiance with additional drapery and lighting. The end result was truly stunning and complemented the wood rafters of the venue perfectly.
Their timeliness for both set up and take down was impeccable. They promptly and efficiently transformed the space, ensuring everything was ready well before our guests arrived.

Communication with Melissa, our point of contact, was a breeze. She was responsive, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. It was evident that Sitka studios is experienced in providing drapery and lighting for the UBC Boathouse, as their expertise shone through during our interactions.

I was referred to Sitka Stidios by my wedding venue, Riverway Clubhouse. They are a great company to hire for ambiance lighting. They were in and out quickly and I am very happy with what they did to make the wedding venue even more beautiful!

I rented string lights from Sitka Studios and the process was super easy and flexible. Melissa was easy to work with and even supplied a few extra strings in case any were faulty (they all worked btw)! And the string lights are plastic so I didn't have to worry about breaking any bulbs when we put them up ourselves! Return was very flexible and we could return them to their home office within a few days after the wedding whenever it was convenient for us. Thanks!
