We did not plan on requiring additional decor however after seeing details that were created by Set The Mood Decor, we knew we needed it! The ceiling installation provided brought the whole look of our reception room together. We were so pleased with how the aesthetic was enhanced. Michelle was amazing throughout the entire process while planning the wedding, and then on the day of she completely exceeded all expectations. When trying to sort out flowers and how everything would tie together with the wedding party Michelle made sure to double and triple check that she and I were on the same page for what I wanted everything to look like. She made suggestions along the way about chairs and flowers and so many small details that most people would have overlooked and it resulted in my wedding being absolutely perfect from start to finish. Michelle was so easy to get a hold of, offering her personal cellphone number which she responded on when I texted her late the night before the wedding. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that Michelle was our decorator and florist. If you want someone with fair prices, an eye for detail, and an obvious passion for what they do then Michelle is the person to hire.

I couldn't be happier for the great service we received from Set The Mood Decor!! B/c of covid, I had my ceremony and reception on two separate dates and Michelle was very flexible and accommodating. She has great knowledge about different kinds of flowers, their aesthetic and she is able to work with your budget! There are SO many details that go into wedding planning and Michelle was able to work with me to get every last detail established. I know that all the wedding planning and day of event wouldn't have gone as smooth, if it weren't for Michelle and her team!! Thanks Michelle!!

I cant say enough about Set the Mood decor and more specifically Michelle. Due to covid I had to change everything we had planned, including the venue, to the point we were going to post pone until next year. After supportive words from family, we decided to do the wedding this year after all...the problem was the wedding date was 2 months away! Michelle said no problem, I can give you exactly what you want and she did that and more. We emailed and called countless times, sometimes very late in the evening when an idea or worry would strike me. She answered right away and spoke to me with confidence and professionalism. She even hooked me up with other vendors for things she did not supply like chairs and glassware. She also set up and took down all the decor and florals...and they were lots and lots of florals. Michelle turned a backyard into the setting of my dream wedding and I could never thank her enough.

Michelle was incredible to work with. Overall, the process of planning and making decisions with her was really easy, and she was ALWAYS there to help with questions, or even if we just needed advice! However where she really stepped up was the day before and day of our wedding. She basically stepped into the role of day-of coordinator because she could tell that things were slipping. We hired Michelle for our ceremony arbor, charger plates, chair covers, napkins, centrepieces, and some table cloths— what she actually did was so much more. She helped to set up all the items we rented from her, but also made sure the entire room was set up with the decor we brought. She kept the groom calm when he was panicking about the room not being ready. She helped to corral the groomsmen and venue staff to get it all done. She was there to help attach the boutonnières for all the groomsmen. She was even there right up until the ceremony, helping to open the doors as everyone in the wedding party entered. This was NOT Michelle’s job, and there is no way to thank her enough for all of her help! As a note, please don’t EXPECT this, because again, was out of the realm of what we expected, asked, or paid for (and I certainly hope this isn’t how jobs normally go for her). However, without a doubt, you can rely on her to come through with your vision for your wedding, and to help with any questions you may have. Could not be more grateful!! What are you waiting for??? Before our big day, I had never met Michelle in person. She was recommended to me by a friend. And she was honestly the best recommendation of the whole process. She was highly attentive to every detail, incredibly responsive to my dozens of emails, and super flexible as we changed our minds on multiple aspects. Michelle was amazing to deal with from the moment we met her at the Niagara wedding show. She was always prompt to reply to my dozens of emails, easy to run ideas by, and helped make our wedding dreams reality. She did our wedding backdrop, the receiving table, our cake table, and our head table along with some other details and everything was absolutely stunning. I'm a pretty big perfectionist and I was so worried that something would be out of place and bother me when I saw our reception room but everything was completely perfect and I couldn't have had a more amazing wedding day. Michelle was wonderful to work with. Planning a wedding from out of town is challenging, but Michelle was always available via email and phone to answer questions ad discuss decor ideas. She worked with me to come up with centerpieces that fit the look we were going for, and combined rental pieces with items we provided to make my vision come to life. Our reception looked absolutely beautiful thanks to the hard work of Michelle and her team!
