    Table runners and napkins

    They had so many options in colour and fabric type for napkins, table runners and table cloths. Their price was slightly cheaper than other companies we looked for.

    Tania was superb in helping me plan all the linens and decorations at our venue! Great selection and quality work!

    The ballroom looked fabulous on the night and everything was put together without a hitch. So great knowing I didn't have to worry about set-up or take-down :) Thank you again!

    Easy to work with, Great Selection

    We had to book Chair Decor in Toronto over email as we do not live where we got married. Liz was a pleasure to work with, she did everything over email with us (which some vendors were not willing to do), and always had what we were looking for.

    Their website catalog is great for getting ideas, and their prices are very reasonable (especially for Toronto). They dropped off and picked up the linens on time, which our venue appreciated, and we didn't have to pay much attention to them, Liz just took care of things.

    We booked them through the Marriott Hotel for our wedding. Planning was a challenge since we don't live in Vancouver but we were able to set up meeting times when we were visiting in town and corresponded mostly through emails and some phone calls.

    Replies to emails usually took from a few days to a week. Tania was friendly and easy to work with. Pricing might have been better if I hired them independent of the hotel, but setup and take down was all taken care of in the price. They were also able to accommodate a big last minute style change.

    Good basic variety of linens, etc., but unfortunately, only a small selection of eclectic or whimsical. I ended up going with a standard and basic style instead (It was still very nice), after being talked out of using colour and vibrancy in making tablescapes. Still overall very good. You just have to make/buy more centrepieces/decor items if you want more drama.

    Note: If you book them through the Marriott, expect to pay a 20% service charge (to the hotel) on top of the base fee, plus %5 tax on the total of the base fee + service charge.

    Chair Decor's service was exceptional! Tania helped me choose the perfect linens for our rustic vintage wedding. The linens totally transformed an otherwise simple venue!

    We had the gold "Hug" chair covers provided to us by Chair Decor and we were thrilled with the service. The ballroom would not have looked finished without them and the fact that they had our wedding "colour" was a huge bonus. I love the opulence that the gold gave our room!

    They have a great selection of covers, sashes and linens and came recommended by a decor company. They appear to be one of the more expensive linen rental companies but I felt I was paying more for because they stock clean, quality materials. I rented overlays, chair covers and sashes with delivery, setup and pickup.

    Unfortunately there were some issues with setup and I was lucky to have a friend overseeing the reception setup that was able to help out. It appeared that they were late in arriving and my friend had to assist with the chair decoration setup to ensure the room was finished in time. I noticed that the sashes were not tied in the configuration I had chosen, but this was a minor detail only I could notice. A few days after the wedding I was told about what happened by both the venue manager and my friend. In addition, a bag of sashes and chair covers were left at the venue which I had to get Chair Decor to pick up from my home. When I approached Chairdecor about everything they were very defensive. They had a different story to tell and were blaming the late setup on the venue and the sash error on my friend. I felt both of there explanations were unacceptable. We had a detailed contract and had spoken days before the event and they had also spoken to the venue. Had my friend not been there it could have been a mess and instead of an apology they blamed everyone but themselves.

    It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend their set up service unless you were using a wedding coordinator or had someone on your behalf present to ensure things were done on time and correctly.

    Unfortunately, not all events/weddings go as planned. No matter how hard we confirm details, times, colors and orders, sometimes things go wrong. We hate when this happens, and try our best to amend any issues. I am very sorry this happened to you on your special day. Despite a few bumps, I know you will look back on your day and remember the love, friends and family with such admiration, that these details will just be water under the bridge.
