    Fantastic Experience

    Lisa at Chair Covers Plus was a pleasure to work with. She made the entire process so easy. She provided us with so many different options that worked with our theme and ideas and was able to put together a beautiful set up we couldn't have even imagined. We were so happy with all elements of the day and Lisa at Chair Covers Plus was able to tie the entire evening together by making the reception look stunning and elegant. With our wedding theme being marble Lisa tied in various colours to play off our invitation and stationary to bring the entire night together. We received countless compliments on the decor! We couldn't have been happier! Thank you so much Lisa, cannot wait to use Chair Covers Plus for future events!

    I had picked and made a deposit for the linens in June. I get a call 4 days before the reception, that they don't have the full quantity. I had to drive to their location and fix their mistake. I only got a $50 discount for their lack or organization. Then on the day of the reception, they sent 2-3 less overlays. The satin linens on few didnt even hit the floor but 1/2 way down the table! They also said it would take them 2 hours to get to markham from milton, its only an hr drive, maybe an hr and 15 mins. I literally had to do their job and fix their mistakes. I would not advise anyone to book their linens through them. I really wish I never paid them, unacceptable service.

    Samera, as you are aware, those overlays were sub-rented from another company. I called them in front of you when you were in my showroom in June to confirm that they had the sufficient quantity for your event. As they assured me they did, we booked your job. As soon as the delivery came in last week, I was told that they were short 2 overlays. I called you right away to let you know what was going on. I have not stayed in business for 17 years by lying and cheating my clients, but by being upfront and honest about any issues that may arise. As you were already in the area when I called you, you decided to come in to see the option that I had provided you over the phone. You were happy with the result and you decided to have those 2 different cloths placed on the 2 family tables. Keep in mind, the style of overlay was exactly the same as the others- just a lighter colour which we compensated for by placing a darker tablecloth underneath them. You left my office quite happy and settled with the decision. In absolutely no way did you have to fix "my" mistakes.
    You also state that some of the tablecloths did not hit the floor. i was aware of one that was sent the wrong size and we drove it over and replaced it for you hours before your event started. If the others didn't hit the floor, perhaps the staff at the venue did not place them on the tables correctly.
    I also did not ever speak to you about how long it would take to get Gormley so I don't know where that came from. You told my installer how beautiful the room looked once it was completed, which I agree it was, based on the picture my staff sent me.
    We are not a company that walks away from our problems. We will make sure that everything is settled to the best of our ability,hence our longevity in this business.
    Unfortunately it's hard to please everyone. There was no reason for you to be so stressed out, especially since you left here saying that you were happy you came in and happy with the decision that was made.

    Our Bridal Consultant referred us to Chair Covers Plus and right from the get-go, we knew this was the place to get our table linens. They had exactly the colour we were looking for, and helped us to select the right size and shape and number of linens to meet our needs. It also helps when the prices are so reasonable!! In the end, we also decided to rent chair covers and they were absolutely stunning! They gave our whole venue the finishing pop of elegance it needed. We went back and forth with the vendor a few times having to change numbers around, but they had patience and understanding for our changes (thank you Alicia and Lisa!) and in the end, we got exactly what we needed. Our wedding venue looked absolutely stunning and we thank Chair Covers Plus for helping to make that happen!

    Lisa & her team went over and beyond our expectations to really make our wedding day perfect. They did a great job at listening to our requests and giving great opinions & options to really put together our wedding theme! Everything from the chiavari chairs to head table and ceiling décor was just stunning. When we walked into our venue for the first time we were blown away, it was everything we ever dreamed of. Thank you again for making our "Fairy Tale Wedding" extra special!

    We have mixed reviews on this vendor as our venue looked beautiful with the decor provided however we were not impressed with the service and professionalism. Our emails and phone calls were not replied to in an acceptable timeframe with final details not provided and confirmed by the vendor until the evening before the wedding. Multiple follow ups were required as emails and phone calls were often not returned. Some of the staff was unprofessional and would not reply as advised. Overall we were happy with the final product but we unsatisfied and would not recommend this to friends.
