Stephanie was an amazing vendor to work with and she produced the most beautiful sign for our photobooth and a custom cake topper that was just gorgeous! She was super responsive to our emails, made tweaks to the design to better suit our style, and was warm, patient and professional throughout. Stephanie set realistic timelines, and delivered our decor pieces on time (it's amazing that delivering on time seems to be a challenge in the wedding vendor world, based on our experience with a few others lol... my sidenote advice to brides is to leave lots of cushion on your vendor deadlines to accommodate them potentially being sick or having other things come up BUT this was not the case with Box Not Box! They are SUPER reliable!!!)
Box Not Box elevated our wedding decor and was one of the only decor pieces we spent on - and it was TOTALLY worth it (and reasonably priced!!!). We loved the photobooth sign that Stephanie created for us so much that have hung it above our bed, as a daily reminder of our love for one another. Thank you so much Box Not Box, for helping us to create such beautiful memories with our friends and family! -

I wanted my wedding cake to make a statement so a custom cake topper was just want I needed. Box not box was superb to work with. After telling Stephanie my idea, she designed and completed my cake topper with skill and efficiency. I still admire her handiwork to this day as my cake topper now found a new home on top of my favorite plant. Thanks Box not Box! -

We were looking for a small way to show appreciation for our guests for celebrating our big day with us. When we reached out to BoxNotBox, they suggested custom wooden name cutouts for each guest that doubles as place cards & part of our wedding favour!
Everyone absolutely loved it! We saw a bunch of people taking selfies and posting their names on Instagram and received raving feedback from our guests about them as well - they definitely felt appreciated!
Working with Stephanie and Eric was also amazing. They're super responsive and you can really tell that they care about their work.
100% would recommend BoxNotBox to anyone! -

Eric & Stephanie put so much attention to detail for every product we had customized with them. Even the tiniest details gets noticed and I 100% recommend them for all the products you want laser cut! They are one of the reasons why our wedding turned out beautifully. We can't imagine our wedding any other way. -

BoxNotBox was absolutely amazing with our wedding decorations! Stephanie and Eric are super friendly and wonderful to work with. They put their hearts into their work and it’s easy to see that they truly wanted our decors to be perfect. Our laser cut letters turned out so beautiful that many of our guests asked us about it after the wedding. We would wholeheartedly recommend BoxNotBox to anyone. -

Professional and talented!
We strongly recommend BoxNotBox to anyone who’s looking for customized event decors! Stephanie and Eric are both very attentive and efficient! They have been incredible right from the start. Not only do they listen to understand your vision, they also add their ideas and expertise to make the final product perfect. They truly care about your event and they turn your visions into reality! We absolutely loved all the customized words/phrases/name cards/cake topper (and many more) they made for our wedding day. Today, we are still using the customized decors as displays in our living room! -
