I worked with Breanna from Best Wedding Backdrops. She was so friendly and very responsive. Our wedding was affected by the covid pandemic, we postponed our date (from June to August) and only found out 2 weeks before our new date how we could proceed. Breanna worked with me quickly (within only a couple days) to put together a beautiful seating chart for our ceremony and one for our reception and custom menu cards for our dinner tables. Covid made for a very stressful couple weeks leading up to our wedding, but Breanna and the rest of the Best Wedding Backdrops team helped ease some of the stress. Very Professional and friendly service :)

Best Wedding Backdrops was exactly what i needed for any event decor. I used them to create signage for my engagement party, an Instagram Frame for my bridal shower and all the custom decor for my wedding! They perfectly executed stunning one of a kind decor for each one of my important milestones and i could not be any more delighted. Breanna was a gem to work with and was very quick to respond to my emails. She was so accommodating and helpful to all my needs that i never had to worry about one single thing. The design process with Monica was so smooth and she is one talented designer! Honestly one of the best graphic designers i've seen in a while. When you walk into the front door at BWB they make you feel at home, the owners and the front receptionists are so welcoming that any little product you purchase with them makes you feel special. The products were light weight and easy to travel with. I recommend this company to anyone that wants to make their special events personal and beautiful. I have used Best Wedding Backdrops a number of times now in helping with multiple friend’s wedding needs. They have never disappointed and always provided top quality design and service at excellent prices. I would highly recommend their dance floor decals and custom welcome signs and seating charts. Breanna is very responsive and lovely to deal with. 10/10

I ordered two items from Best Wedding Backdrops: 1 Welcome Sign and 1 Seating Chart. From the start, Breanna was very helpful in providing pricing and information. Once I decided on the Welcome Sign and Seating Chart that I wanted, their team was able to customize several things such as design, font, colour and size. The final products came out just the way I wanted! I was very happy with them!

Jeff (Manager/Owner) is absolutely rude. He made it very clear that if you aren't spending at least $50,000-$500,000 on any work order/project you aren't a valued customer. Your work will get completed by a coop student, and you won't know it until you see your poor proof.

Jeff is also very irate, and has major anger issues. He yells at customers in his office, and really doesn't like to find solutions in working "with" clients.

I would never recommend this backdrop company for anyone, because apparently not everyone's money is equal when dealing with Jeff.

He humiliated me, and verbally assaulted me. Jeff said "I bet my business is making at least four times what yours is." As someone with a social justice background, do not go here unless you want to feel like a lesser human being.
