    Best and Most Unique Bar service!

    I have to say we were super excited to hire The Wheeled Brew for our wedding. They fit our vibe and theme for our wedding and loved how they have old school trucks with tapped kegs attached to them! We communicated with Evan over the last 2 years and he was such a fun genuine guy unfortunately he was unable to be at our wedding as we would have loved to meet him in person but nonetheless the bar staff were truly great!

    Coolest Bar out there

    Evan and the team at the wheeled brew were so great to work with!! They ensured that we had everything we needed to make our day run smoothly. Not to mention, they have the coolest bar concept ever! It was a huge hit with our guests and was the perfect add on to our outdoor farm wedding!

    Unique and Fun Beverage Idea for your Wedding

    We feel so fortunate to have booked the Wheeled Brew for our wedding cocktail hour and reception. Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning and made the process so easy from booking the vehicle, to logistical needs, to beer selections, and everything in between. I also felt like we truly bonded over our love for local craft beer. I had some logistical headaches over bringing a difficult beer in for the wedding and Evan was supportive and helpful throughout the entire process.
    The Wheeled Brew day-of staff was so kind and the service was top-notch. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique the beautiful keg car was. The Wheeled Brew truly added a layer of uniqueness to our wedding, which we really valued. I would highly recommend working with Evan and the Wheeled Brew for your wedding or any other event.

    Troubling overall experience

    I want to start off by saying our first exchanges with the Wheeled Brew were excellent. They were very responsive when we were in the midst of booking them. Our first meeting was also a great experience, it really felt like they cared and wanted the best for our day. Unfortunately, a few months leading up to the wedding is when things took a turn. My emails were not answered, nor were my phone calls. It felt like once they got our business, that’s all that mattered. I’m very understanding of the fact that they were very busy, but they were putting so much added stress on me and my fiancé as we tried to sort out all of the final details and it was unacceptable. We did get an apology at one point for the lack of customer care but unfortunately after that, nothing changed and we still lacked responsiveness. The day before our wedding, at our rehearsal, we got a text message saying the beer we had requested to have on tap was not available and we had to choose something else. We had requested that beer months ago and shouldn’t have had to deal with that the night before our wedding at our rehearsal dinner. On the bright side of it all, the day of service was excellent and our two bartenders were wonderful. The bar set up was also really original and beautiful! To top off our entire experience, the day after our wedding we still continued to struggle with the service. I had given a time when everything needed to be picked up (noon) as it was what the venue required. But at 12pm we were on the phone trying to contact them again because nothing had been picked up. We called many times until we got a hold of someone and they had completely forgotten about us (again) and because of their complete disregard and lack of customer care, we got charged a late fee from the venue because they had not picked up anything on time. Overall, as great as the day of service was, I would not recommend them, unless your wanting an incredible amount of added stress leading up to your big day.

    I would like to say thanks to you & Doug for choosing us in the first place, and I am happy that on the day it mattered most, you and your guests had an awesome time! This is not a large corporate entity, I work really hard and genuinely care about the people that work with us, and have been doing my best to navigate the insanity that is this pandemic!

    I've taken some time to digest this review, as it is my first low rated experience and really rocked me, regardless of the positive execution on the day of. I was shocked about the late fee, as I just spoke with the Tiffin Centre. They pulled up the final invoice and there was no late fee applied. As well on that Sunday I spoke directly with the Groundsmen (who was awesome) and arranged our pickup time (as we were not given one prior...) with no issues or mention of this. We'd never want a client saddled with a cost like that, and I didn't get an email from you about it post event before the review! Please send the information about the late fee across to us?

    As for the responsiveness, there is absolutely a period of time between July 26th and August 2nd where we could have got back to you much faster, and we've added an additional coordinator to the team because of this specific scenario. My apology still stands and I meant what I said on the phone that day, after that point I'm positive there was complete responsiveness.

    The beer is a casualty of the pandemic and the restaurant insanity that caused large panic buying, meaning big distribution centre's had constantly fluctuating stock. I would like to note that we got three of your four choices, and upgraded to a more expensive beer . The Beer Store delivery truck did not bring it... and I had to drive out to another brewery to ensure you both had an alternate selection for the day.

    Ultimately, I know this wasn't the awesome experience you had hoped for in terms of the responsiveness that I always strive for, and found difficult in that time period in the biggest learning curve of my career. Barring the period of late responses, I do find myself feeling frustrated. Frustrated that there was no mention of the free cocktail tasting that we did at our little bar for four instead of 2 (which we have not done during the pandemic), frustrated that the late fee appears to be not be real, and frustrated that we have been painted in such a dire light with embellishments. I'd love to have you and Doug in for a beer on the house to discuss this further and get a better level of understanding?

    I care. I want everyone to be happy on such an important day. I'm a fun-loving, hard working dude with an awesome team. In the same light, I'm fully aware of how important responsiveness is, and we will take every available action to ensure this isn't something that happens again!

    I couldn’t be happier with the decision to hire The Wheeled Brew for my wedding!!

    Evan was so easy to deal with right from the start. He was very quick to respond, answered all of my questions and gave some great recommendations for quantities and varieties of alcohol to serve including for our signature cocktail. We bonded over our love for using local craft products which was super important to us. He was also super helpful navigating COVID-19 protocols and safety measures that needed to be in place.

    The Wheeled Brew is such a unique and fun bar experience and added so much personality to the decor of our wedding. The bar cart was beautiful and the perfect size for the space. The outdoor bar was gorgeous as well - a live edge wood board sitting on top of 2 oak barrels just added such a cool look to the outdoor space. Our guests were so impressed with the idea and the look!

    The servers were so great as well. They arrived super early to set up and so everything was ready to go on time which takes serious stress off the bride!
    They were also super friendly and professional. They followed safety protocols and wore their masks the entire night and were great with all our guests!

    I would highly recommend Evan and The Wheeled Brew crew to anyone looking to add a totally unique and elevating bar experience to their event!

    So happy we chose The Wheeled Brew!!

    Evan and Connor were amazing to deal with. They were so patient and accommodating with our millions of questions and last minute changes courtesy of new Covid-19 restrictions being put into place right before our wedding. Everyone commented on how beautiful the bar looked and they were so kind and friendly to all of our guests. Would highly recommend their services! Huge THANKS to Evan & Connor!!

    Amazing business all around

    Unfortunately due to Covid 19 my fiancé and I had to postpone our wedding indefinitely. As many other couples know who went and are going through this, it can be overwhelming and stressful.
    Evan, the owner of this business has been so responsive, respectful, kind, understanding and empathetic. He made the process that much less overwhelming.
    While we haven’t actually had our wedding yet, I think it’s important for people who are looking for a mobile bar service to know the type of business you are supporting if you decide to hire The Wheeled Brew. Evan not only took initiative to reach out to everyone before we were even considering rescheduling; he responds to emails so quickly and professionally and you can tell he really cares about his clients. He is not just “in it for the money” - he truly cares.
    I can’t wait to celebrate our wedding with The Wheeled Brew as our bar service when our day finally happens.
