Select Taste Catering delivers wedding service as part of their special event coverage. Their menu offerings are casual yet expansive. Wedding planners can choose from the Themed Menus with Greek, Mexican, French, Italian, and Indian ethnic offerings. Or for a larger spread of options the Complete Meal Combos offer entrees of chicken, pork, pasta, stir fry, and more. Salads, canapés, and hors d’oeuvres are on offer, as well as appetizer platters. Serving styles include, buffet, cocktail reception, family style, French service, hors d'oeuvres, plated, and stations.

Cuisine

The cuisine is contemporary and casual with Italian and Mediterranean influences. Slava DeSanti, the business founder, was trained in nutrition and food sensitivities. As a result Select Taste Catering offers accommodation when special diet requests are made for Vegetarian, Vegan, Allergen-Free and Gluten-Free meals.

History Slava DeSanti first opened Select Taste Catering Company in 1994. At first Slava did everything out of a rented space in the Park Royal Shopping Center. By 1997, the business was flourishing and added space. In November 2009, Ms. DeSanti sold Select Taste to Randy Munnings, who continues to build upon the company’s reputation.
