Since inception in 2005, and regardless of the size of the group, Custom Catering continues to offer high quality catering and event services in Barrie, Alliston, and throughout Southern Ontario. I requested pub food stations for our wedding ( which is not really typical) Ron and his team loved the idea , jumped right on it and the food was perfect . It was all my guests could talk about . We had a mash potato bar , roast station , fish and chips , vegetarian station , bread and olive oil / balsamic on the tables and a wing station . Everything was fresh made and made on premise with portable deep fryers . Reasonably priced and I’ll never forget my wedding food -

Custom Catering truly goes above and beyond for their clients. Ron and his team are incredibly professional, accommodating and authentically kind people. Custom Catering catered my wedding rehearsal dinner and the food was amazing. We had a number of guests with serious dietary restrictions and allergies (Celiac, Vegan and Nut Allergy). Ron created a beautiful menu that not only accommodated everyone perfectly but was SO DELICIOUS! My family runs a large outdoor venue and Custom Catering has managed our kitchen for several large events over multiple days. The food is always creative, delicious, hot and delivered with a smile by staff. Thank you Ron and team we love Custom Catering!!! -

Pam, Ron and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing, professional, accommodating, hilarious and fun! Pam and Emily made me and my husband feel completely comfortable when dealing with the rentals company and handling random things that occurred throughout the evening! The food...how can you describe heaven? The options, portions, variety, taste, everything was spot on! Our guests are still talking about how creative and delicious the food was!! Nicole Married on 23/09/2017I was very impressed with this company from the moment I first spoke with Pam. She was very helpful throughout the process, we were able to attend a tasting which was great and we got to try basically everything from our menu so we were lucky. The day of went so smoothly Pam’s team did a great job .. BEST bbq menu, plenty of food most people went up for seconds, great service. We did have a small glitch but they were super helpful and it was sorted out with no problems! A lot of my guests said this was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding!! We had an overwhelming response from our wedding guests with how great the quality and presentation of the food was. Custom catering did an absolute fantastic job from step one of meeting with Pam to discuss details, to the food tasting event and any questions or details we had leading up to our big day.
