Steamed bao bar - Steamed buns, with asian slaw, house pickles, scallions, with choice of 2 fillings:

  • Peking duck confit
  • Death by bao – korean spice popcorn chicken
  • Hainanese chicken – ginger and kaffir lime poached chicken
  • Korean sloppy joe – all of the mushrooms, tofu, tomato sauce (vegan)

Taco stand - 5” corn tacos, guacamole, beans, roasted tomato salsa, sour cream, shredded cheddar, cilantro and hot sauce with choice of 2 fillings:

  • Barbacoa, braised beef
  • Carnitas, shredded pork
