House made potato salad in a creamy dressing

With roasted eggplant, zucchini, red peppers, charred red onions & a balsamic dressing

Dried cranberries, honey glazed sunflower and pumpkin seeds, slivered red onion, goat cheese, honey apple dressing

Shredded cabbage & carrot ribbons tossed in a light oil and vinegar dressing

LEMON & HERB ROASTED CHICKEN

Full chicken cut into portions & cooked on the bone with a garlic sage butter

HERB CRUSTED CHICKEN

Single side crusted chicken breast with a herb and bread crumb mixture, pan fried and finished in the oven. Served with your choice of a chardonnay cream sauce or a tomato basil.

CHICKEN POMODORO

Lightly floured chicken breast flashed in the pan and finished in the oven with a tomato basil sauce & asiago cheese

CHICKEN BIANCO

Juicy chicken cutlets served with a chardonnay cream sauce

BROILED SALMON

Drizzled with salsa verde (a blend of parsley, capers, onions, lemon juice, vinegar & olive oil)

COCOA CRUSTED STRIPLOIN

Roasted, sliced and served au jus

Fresh hand cut roasted vegetables usually consists of zucchini, mushrooms, red & yellow peppers, red onion, carrot, cauliflower & broccoli (seasonal vegetables added based on availability).

Coffee Station

Freshly brewed roasted coffee & tea, sugar, creamers, milkettes, coffee mugs and coffee maker supplied.

Bar All inclusive bar (6 hours)

Includes Vodka, rye, gin, rum. Your choice of two domestic beer, one red and one white house wine (extra for on the tables), pop and juice, bottled water, bar tools to manage the bar for the evening, Ice, garnish, cups.

CHAMPAGNE TOWER

A champagne tower adds a glamorous touch to kick off the reception and a toast to the bride and groom. A stacked champagne tower includes enough champagne glasses for the amount of guests as well as the champagne.
