  Embarrassing / Disaster October 2022

  Our families were left embarrassed, frustrated and angry. I spent most of my time trying to explain and apologize to guests instead of enjoying one of the most important events of my daughters life. We ordered elegant food stations and received a buffet style set up with food that was unidentifiable to our guests, it was cold and tasteless. We had 150 guests - salad ran out after 85 people and with 45 people left to feed, there was only mashed potatoes left. Our guests went hungry. The staff on site was not helpful. Requested food be ordered - never happened. Late night nachos and pretzels were just bowls thrown on a back dark table. Pretzels were very hard and cold - where was the soft warm elegant pretzel and nacho stations we ordered? This is only some of what happened. There was nothing elegant about this entire experience. Sierra at B Elegant did handle our complaints very professionally but nothing can undo the disaster that happened. 3 months later we are still apologizing and embarrassed.

  Delicious food and great service!

  B Elegant Catering did an amazing job for our wedding! The food was so delicious and the staff are so friendly and nice to work with! We definitely got lots of compliments from our guests! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer for their special day. You will not be disappointed!!

  Unsatisfactory and Embarrassing

  Completely different from what we ordered at our tasting, plates were served cold to our guest, inconsistent portion sizes and temperatures and worst of all, I was embarrassed all my guests had to leave unsatisfied and still hungry. HORRIBLE!

  Excellent food and flexibility

  They were accomadating to every one of my requests. Even with a staffing change during wedding planning, they were able to make it seamless during the transition and help create the perfect menu for my big day. They accomadeted all of my special requests and the food was super delicious. Highly recommend the slider for the cocktail hour! They were super delicious and eaten almost instantly! Would deff use again for any future events!

  Enjoyed By All!

  B Elegant was able to accommodate all of our guests' dietary restrictions, which was very important for us. They also helped us put together a menu that would be most enjoyable for the evening. I know the married couple doesn't usually get to eat, but myself and the groom LOVED the lamb ragu pasta, and guests raved about the duck and the vegan option (my mother-in-law tried to recreate the squash steaks herself at home later).   Great food. Mediocre bar

  Amazing food that all of our guests enjoyed. Great value for their food truck option and lots of flexibility with choice. Some issues but overall nothing to be too concerned about. No condiment table was set up (as was promised) and some of the items were not exactly as promised.
  
  Some disappointment with the bar services as they ran out of many items. First was our specially requested “signature cocktail” by 8:30pm (bar was still open for 3 more hours) and they ran out of our specially requested beer (bar was still open for an hour and a half). They also ran out of regular bar options (vodka, rum, orange juice, cranberry juice). When I questioned the manager about this I was told “this is why I wish we didn’t have a sales team, because I wouldn’t been able to ask the right questions.” And “we still have drinks, just not exactly what your guests want”.

  Absolutely amazing experience

  If you are looking for amazing food at your wedding look no further. Amanda was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond in so many ways. It was fantastic. Additionally, the food was delicious! Guests were messaging us later about how good everything was. Due to covid we had a smaller wedding and they also arranged for these awesome boxes to go out for our virtual guests. Everything was above and beyond and done with so much care. Highly recommend!

  Food was a star at our wedding

  We booked B Elegant for our September wedding and the meals at our wedding were definitely a hit with our guests. We had our wedding at Four Fathers where they are the exclusive caterer and coordinating with both B Elegant and Four Fathers was easy. I'm still drooling over the salmon dinner!
  The catering staff at the wedding were great and very attentive. We had a slight concern with one of the meals and they were on it right away, they brought it to my attention and provided amazing service throughout the night. Planning during COVID was definitely a challenge but working with B Elegant was certainly a pleasure and eased our stress during the past year.

  Loved Our Winter Wedding!!

  We hired B Elegant through Four Fathers when planning our December 5, 2020 wedding. Amanda was AWESOME! So responsive, accommodating and helpful. She was always willing to take a phone call, and make sure we were happy, comfortable and excited for our day. The staff were amazing and also made our small, intimate gathering feel safe and Covid-friendly. We are so thrilled with the food, and how things went.
