Nermine was a pleasure to work with. A professional who was interested in making my vision for the cake to come true. She was easy to get in contact with prompt email replies and return phone calls. At our first meeting, I described the look I wanted for the cake and she immediately pulled out her iPad to retrieve similar images from the internet. She described exactly what each tier would look like, the position of each flower flanking the tier etc. I was immediately satisfied with her ability to produce the product I wanted. We had a second meeting for the taste test and final details about the delivery.

On the day of the wedding, Nermine delivered the wedding cake on time to the restaurant owner and called my event coordinator to confirm that information. I was indeed a extremely satisfied customer:-) Thank you again Nermine!

"What can I say, when I entered the restaurant and saw my cake, I was blown away! I knew the colours but the detailing of the flowers around each tier is what exceeded our expectations. The cake was stunning and we couldn't have been any happier. Feedback from our guests on appearance was that this is the first time they have seen a design like that, and the flowers really took them. In terms of taste, I did have time to eat a piece :-) delicious! I knew what to expect with my previous meeting with you, but my husband was a fan of the flavouring. Feedback from some of our guests include that the taste was light, not heavy; the icing did not take away from the flavour of the actual cake. We did save the top piece - it is in our freezer right now ;-) which means we had more than enough for the guests. Please note that you are in my planner for recommendations to friends and family!"
