WASTE OF $300+ !! Macaron tower - half completed, literally the back half was empty. The half that actually had macarons... fell off, broke in half and shells were crushed. Cupcakes had virtually zero icing and were in ketchup paper cups like you would get at a diner. Danielle Gates dropped off products , my wedding planner and 2 assistants thought she was going to her car and coming back with supplies...but never did. She wouldn't answer my planners phone call or return her message. She blamed the hall, but my planner said pure BS liar. She claims she went to the Bonnie Gordon school but the school confirmed she was never enrolled. Since my wedding, her fb page and website no longer exist. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund that I'm sure she had no intention of giving me. Every time I call or email, no response and then I get something weeks later about some family emergency. Now no reply at all. She said she sent a cheque and then a second one registered. Neither came. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had a strolling cupcake table that cost $2000, too bad the cupcakes on it looked like a 3 year old made them. 350 guests and no one would even take them home. IT ALL WENT IN THE TRASH! She obviously needs the money more than I do. What a disgrace. Wedding planner and venue have her on a DO NOT USE LIST for future couples.Sent on 02/12/2013

This was a complete shock on our wedding day she and her husband show up with this horrific looking cake. When we met with her she was completely reassuring and we left feeling good. On the day of our wedding my husband was at the hall and they bring this cake in that is cracked and slanted. It looked like something I could do but this chick is supposedly went to school! My husband actually asked her if she was drunk and why would she bring this horrid cake. Thankfully we got our money back after a month and then with an excuse of her being away from all sources of technology. I can't believe she could do this to people on their wedding day. Luckily our vender for our wedding the chef felt so bad for us she had cake that we could serve for our late night dessert. I wish I had seen other reviews before we booked her. But I felt that it was necessary to post so others are not rooked into her scam.Sent on 01/02/2014
