Bartenders were terrible, customer service was a miss.
The hall is clean, has great lighting and tables and chairs. Price for the hall is fair.
While I had a great expeirence with the hall itself some of the member with the lions hall were rather difficult in my eyes.
Mel (who is their lead for rentals) was rather rude in my opinion. We opted to hire their bartenders as it made sense. In all their panflets and rules they sent me they never bothered to mention that their bartenders were only available after 5 pm. (All their hand outs read that they would be available for my event). When I asked them to be there for 4pm Mel made it my fault and that i should have figured it out sooner... While they did end up showing up for 4pm for our cocktail hour... It was like pulling teeth, Mel made everything out to be my fault when really it was theres for not disclosing the information to me. They did provide us with 2 bartenders. The older gentlemen was absolutely amazing. The older woman was a real hag, she was miserable all night (not one smile) over charged my guests (to which she was explained 5 times what to be collecting for) and at the end of the evening decided to switch out their tip money with my bills from my float without ever so much as asking permission. (It looked real shady when they starter routing through our money float at the end of the evening)
When i approached Mel with my concerns all he had to say was tough and that it wasnt their fault and that my concerns were out of lone.
Would I recommend the venue... Yes its about a 6/10 their customer service is about a 2/10 and their bartenders flopped.
