  Beautiful Venue

  The museum was a perfect place to get married. We were able to get married outside in the grass and trees but they also had indoor options if it rained. Many people did the museum tour and loved the windows. They changed their hours often with Covid over the last year so trying to finalize a timeline got complicated. There were some people from the public walking around while we got married but overall was a great experience.

  Beautiful Venue

  We had an amazing wedding at the Waterloo Region Museum! The Willow Green space was perfect for our outdoor ceremony and the reception space is stunning, with more natural light than I have seen at any other venue in the area. Our guests enjoyed being able to tour the museum during cocktail hour - it was a unique element that you don't get at most weddings. There are some limitations - no candles, helium balloons, or confetti. The space is lovely enough that you won't miss these things!

  Show stopping venue.

  Every guest loved the venue! We used the train as our ceremony backdrop and all our guests loved exploring and taking their own photos around the train station. Guests couldn’t stop raving about it. We used the main area as the reception space and it needed very little decor to look spectacular. Worth every Penny!

  Cute chapel, wonderful wedding

  Had my wedding ceremony here. It was wonderful, beautiful pictures. Wish there was more leeway with some things (flower petals, music) however was a beautiful wedding none the less and gorgeous pictures! Would definitely recommend to someone for their wedding.
