  Engagement Party

  Staff was phenomenal. So accommodating and friendly. They took care of all of our needs while we were there and make the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to wow your guests.

  Engagement celebration

  We held a small family gathering in the restaurant private dining space and it was a great experience. Sowmya made it easy and was very responsive and welcoming. All the staff the day of were fantastic.

  Amazing venue, helpful staff, excellent food

  We had our micro wedding reception at the Royal Ashburn. The venue was perfect, we had the use of a private room where we had a cocktail hour and dinner. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. Lindsey, our wedding coordinator responded quickly to our questions beforehand and even popped in a few times during our reception to check that everything was going well. Overall, everything was perfect and we wouldn't have changed a thing!

  Amazing Experience, Highly Recommend!

  We had our wedding at the Royal Ashburn November 18th, 2023. We had an amazing experience planning and hosting our wedding here, we had Sowmya as our coordinator and she did such a wonderful job. Sowmya is very professional, knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Sowmya went above and beyond to make the planning of our wedding stress free and was always there for us when we needed her. Sowmya also was there the day of to coordinate the wedding day and this truly made for such a great experience, both my husband and I could really just sit back and enjoy the day with our guests, Sowmya was extremely attentive to everything! The Royal Ashburn is a fantastic venue to have a wedding and I would HIGHLY recommend it. We received many compliments from our guests about our wedding. The menu tasting was a fun experience and the bridal shows are wonderful. I can’t thank Sowmya and the Royal Ashburn team enough for such a wonderful wedding!

  The venue it’s self is absolutely beautiful! Not to mention the staff are amazing to work with Lindsay was beyond helpful with setting up everything !

  Royal Ashburn

  Lindsey is the best coordinator! She was such an important part of our planning process and wedding and was such a pleasure to work with. She made the whole experience from our first emails all the way up to our wedding seamless and always responded quickly to my many questions/concerns. We will miss working with her lol.
  
  Ashburn is a beautiful and well maintained venue and both ceremony spaces feel very private and intimate. It was the best day of our lives and we are very happy with our choice and would recommend Royal Ashburn to anyone!

  Loved our wedding at Royal Ashburn !

  Royal ashburn was a beautiful venue to host our wedding at. The gardens were beautiful for our ceremony and what really drew us choosing this venue. The food was delicious ! The staff were always professional. Lindsey was our event coordinator and she was amazing to work with, she helped us to make our day to special to us. Would highly recommend this venue !

  A Genuinely Perfect Day

  Sowmya Boddu and the Royal Ashburn team made my wedding a fairytale experience. It far exceeded anything either of us could have imagined. I was enamoured by the venue the first time we visited. The Royal Ashburn has such a picturesque landscape, boasting lush grounds, charming ceremony sites and rustic reception rooms. We chose the Compton Room, and we were beyond thrilled we did. From the food, to the decor, to the panoramic view of the golf course, to the atmosphere, our guests were so delighted with their experience. We received so many compliments from guests saying that this was the best wedding/ venue they have been to!
  
  Our Wedding Coordinator, Sowmya went miles above and beyond to make our day perfect, Her kindness, infectious energy and incredible smile kept me smiling and at ease during the wedding planning process. Through each step, Sowmya was there to answer every question and bring our vision to life. She is truly an expert at what she does, and dedicates herself completely to your event. With how supportive she was throughout the planning process, I was delightfully surprised as she - almost magically it seemed - split herself to attend to every piece of our wedding day. Just when I thought she couldn’t be running around any more, she shows up in a golf cart ready to drive us to our photoshoot location. This is just one of many examples of how GREAT of a coordinator she is - she felt like a friend!
  
  I cannot thank the Royal Ashburn enough for making all of our dreams come true last Sunday. We now have the most amazing memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Choosing a venue is no easy feat, but I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you choose the Royal Ashburn for your next event. Thank you for a truly phenomenal experience!

  Royal Ashburn is beautiful

  Love Royal Ashburn - it's such a beautiful, scenic place. We had our wedding ceremony outside, and reception inside and travelled around the land to capture amazing photos. Our wedding coordinator Sowmya was kind, coordinated and super helpful. Thank you having us!
