  Elegant and Rustic

  The Oakville Club overall was amazing. James our event coordinator there could not have been more phenomenal. We booked this venue 2 years in advance and some information was jumbled and not explained to us in the beginning and James was so understanding and helped clear everything up.
  
  The only thing that really threw me for a loop was the day before when we were setting up the room we were not told that any large tables could not be close to the dance floor and all had to be at the back along the windows. I had larger tables for family and closer friends so was disheartened to hear that they would now have to sit far away from me. There was no budging on this so I would recommend making sure that you ask in advance so can have a clear layout and table size prior.

  Best day ever!

  We had our wedding at the Oakville Club and could not have been happier! Amy, Marc, Jason and the team were so helpful, kind and professional. It was everything we hoped it would be. Our guests were so impressed and everyone said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! Thank you!

  Beyond anything I could have imagined.

  We went with the club because my now husband is a member and I always love going there to eat. I have to tell you, this was the best choice! The food was amazing and all the guests enjoyed the intimate laid back feel. Hailey was beyond wonderful helping me with all the little details. I didn’t have a wedding planner, so I thought the day of would involve a lot of work on my end. I really just had to show up, get married and have a great time. Thank you all dearly for everything! ♥️

  Review of the Oakville Club

  Charming and wonderful venue for a smaller sit-down wedding; we had 107 people and we all fit perfectly. Cocktails in the bar area was excellent, dinner in the dining room was beautiful with the big fireplace glowing. Katy (their events coordinator) and her staff are professional, helpful, friendly, and responsive. The food is YUMMY. Highly recommend - the rental fee is well worth the services you'll get and the food/drink you'll have access to.
