Their Event Coordinators and Executive Chef will help you put the finishing touches and create a delicious wedding menu to make your wedding an extraordinary event.

The facilities found at this banquet hall venue include a lavish main ballroom which includes floor to ceiling windows and a 1,500 square foot terrace with a patio bar overlooking the golf course. These facilities have a capacity for up to 240 guests.

Absolutely Incredible!
I wish we could give more stars!! Our experience with Tangle Creek was truly amazing! Christina and Trevor are absolutely fantastic and made our day not only completely stress-free, but also run more smoothly than we ever could have imagined! Trevor ensured all members of the wedding were well cared for with food and drinks during photo hour. The entire golf course, and ceremony and reception space, along with the patio are so well-kept and beautiful. Christina made our vision come true and was so helpful with vendor recommendations and set up - everything was so perfect. The next morning we arrived back at the venue to pick up and everything was already packed back the way it arrived. Food was amazing and portions were generous, we’re still getting compliments months later!. We would choose Tangle Creek time and time again!

Exceptional service and a terrific wedding coordinator!
We are so happy that we chose Tangle Creek as our wedding venue. The wedding coordinator Christina and her team are amazing; Christina is so professional, quick to respond to questions, and completely confident in her role. We were so relaxed on the wedding day, because Christina and her team made sure that everything ran so smoothly.
The venue itself is scenic and beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. They're also very accommodating for a range of dietary restrictions, so every guest can enjoy their meal.
We are so grateful for the whole staff at Tangle Creek for making our wedding day such a wonderful one. We highly recommend Tangle Creek to anyone looking for a wedding venue; one of the great things about Tangle Creek is that they are turnkey - everything is onsite (chairs, tables, linens, kitchens, in-house staff, etc.) and you don't have to worry about setting up anything by yourself (they will set up centrepieces, etc. for you). Although other golf clubs offer a similar turnkey experience, Tangle Creek also offers exceptional service and a fantastic wedding coordinator, who is committed to giving you your dream wedding. It's worth noting that we heard from multiple other couples prior to booking at Tangle Creek about how great Christina was at putting together their wedding, and we certainly were not disappointed.

(Dec 30/22) Tangle Creek was the perfect spot for our winter Christmas wedding
I won’t stop raving about how perfect our wedding was. Christina ( coordinator) caught my vision instantly for a Magical and sparkly Christmas wedding. Chef Ian created a 10/10 meal which many guests commented on and the portion sizes were generous too. The staff/servers were friendly and professional. Even guests who have worked in catering commented on the staff being that notch above. Every question and idea was met with a positive attitude and we were even allowed to come and practice our first dance as needed. They worked with our budget and timelines. They recently painted the ballroom a lovely fresh white which worked beautifully with my abundance of fairy lights and Christmas trees. They also had the outdoor patio ready for us with bar style tables and it was wonderful to use that space with the all the heaters. Guests loved it.
Having our winter wedding here allowed us to have full use of the main bar area, the ballroom and the outdoor space. I honestly couldn’t think of a more prefect place to host a wedding.

It was Amazing!
The food was delicious! Christina the wedding coordinator was fantastic to deal with after postponing twice because of COVID! She even did the decorating the night before for us! Highly recommend this as a place to get married!

Couldn't be happier!
We recently had our wedding (and bridal shower beforehand) at Tangle Creek, and we couldn't recommend this venue more. The ceremony space, grounds and reception rooms are all stunning and the food is ridiculously good; but what truly set them apart is their service. We started planning a large wedding during the third covid wave and when the fourth wave hit, we got scared and decided to downsize to an intimate wedding with only immediate family. There was no hesitation at Tangle Creek, and they made the switch from big and lavish to small and intimate so easy without any loss of service because the bill was going to be much smaller. Christina was amazing through the entire wedding and bridal shower planning process despite the multiple changes and incessant emails. The combination of Christina and Trevor on the day of was exactly what we didn't know we needed. They were attentive and both went so far to make this day perfect for us. I don't see another wedding in our future but whatever event needs we have going forwards will always be Tangle Creek.

There are not enough stars to for this review Christina Trevor and the staff were beyond wonderful. Nothing was impossible for them. The food was excellent and hot at every table portions were huge. Venue was great. I can’t say enough. So organized and helpful. I would recommend to everyone

Absolutely Incredible Experience
Christina and her team worked tirelessly to ensure we had the most incredible day! From planning, menu tasting, decor, day of, Tangle Creek exceed our expectations every time. Christina stayed in constant contact with us via email and phone to explain changes due to provincial mandates and was beyond accommodating while choosing which options worked best for us. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure our dreams came true. Our dinner was so delicious and raved about by our guests. Chef Ian was fabulous navigating special requests for individuals and curated the most incredible menu for our day. I would recommend Tangle Creek to anyone planning their special day and who wants to work with an amazing event team. Their beautiful clubhouse and landscape is breathtaking in itself, though the team will be what makes your heart sing. I would look no further, and book Tangle Creek for the day of your dreams!

Best we could have asked for!
Tangle Creek was the venue of our dreams and more! The wedding coordinator Christina was amazing, she did absolutely everything I asked and saved us from so much stress! The food was incredible and the service was amazing, frond tart to finish our wedding was everything we could have dreamed!

There is not enough stars for the team at Tangle! The moment we met Christina we knew we were in good hands. The planning, organization and attention to every little detail was absolutely incredible. She guided us through everything from meals, tastings, decor, vendors, itinerary and everything in between. We even had tangle host my bridal shower!
The day of was absolutely perfect. Christina and Trevor didn’t skip a beat and the passion they both share for making every Bride & Grooms day perfect does not go unnoticed (even if it means scrubbing the brides dress clean after first look). You both handled everything with grace and the entire Tangle team were exceptional. This beautiful venue knows how to make your special day that much more special. Much love and success to you all🤍🖤

Christina has been with Tangle Creek since 2010. Originally starting in the Food & Beverage department she's progressed through the company and has settled in the Events department since 2011 and now focuses only on weddings since 2017.
