    Greedy and unprofessional, beware!

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager Samina attempted to deny return of my deposit for an event I had to cancel due to covid-19. I had paid a deposit in March to hold the space for an event in July. I asked for my deposit back and she told me that they do not refund deposits. I was never told this upfront and I stated that to her, she then agreed to return my deposit but expressed she could not do it right away. I said no problem and was very understanding, I waited 3 MONTHS and she never contacted me. When I emailed her a second time she then told me that I had to pay a $50 fee, I refused to pay the fee and she sent me the following..."$50 will not make me rich you will get your money back I learned a lesson not to trust people for online deposit my mistake trusted you and made no contract but learned a lesson and will always remember you. Thanks please do not reply I will give you money back maybe you are in too much of need god bless you". 

    Completely unprofessional!!! I definitely dodged a bullet in doing business with them and advise others to beware.

    Thanks Nita for your review you had been calling and harassing me since very first day, also when you emailed me this was my reply.
    " As you know that due to present conditions every business is being effected. Nita we are working month to month with our clients and the situation of the COVID-19 we had already refund few and few have postponed their event to the later date.

    As per normal rules we do not refund the deposit and we clearly mention to the customers at the time of booking. Whereas in this situation of the world we do not want our clients to suffer too as we are committed to have good relations and will like to help each other.

    We will definitely return your deposit but as your event is in July at present we are working with April and May and will be in touch with you, you can count on us.

    I hope everything will soon be better and life will turn normal again. Please give us time as at present our main expense of Rent and other fixed utilities are a huge burden on us whereas our business is totally collapsed we need your support and wishes."

    It was mentioned to you we are going month by month but you were not ready from the beginning.

    Anyways thanks for the review but there is always another side of the story.

    Great experience

    Samina is a wonderful lady who is always kind we had a great experience in selecting symphony banquet hall.
